EasyInspection vs FieldNote

EasyInspection helps landlords and property managers create property inspection and condition reports quickly. Enter the property address, report date, landlord name, tenant name, and inspection notes. Add photos from your library and generate a clean PDF report with signature and date lines for both landlord and tenant. Share the PDF by email, text, or save it to Files. No account required. Works offline. No data collection. Reports and photos stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Stop typing inspection reports at night. FieldNote turns what you say on-site into a finished, branded inspection report — before you're back in the truck. Walk the property, talk through what you see, and FieldNote organizes your words into a clean, professional report you can review and send in minutes. Or type your notes instead — a report is always one tap away. No cloud. No account. No signal required. Everything — recording, transcription, and drafting — happens on your device. BUILT FOR INSPECTORS WORLDWIDE Choose your country and FieldNote loads the right report standard for your market — InterNACHI/ASHI (US & Canada), RICS Home Survey (UK), AS 4349.1 (Australia), NZS 4306 (New Zealand), Ireland pre-purchase, and a universal template everywhere else. The whole app — and the report it drafts — is localized in 34 languages. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap record and inspect like you normally would, talking as you go (or type your notes). 2. FieldNote transcribes on-device and sorts your words into the right standard systems for your region. 3. It flags the severity of each finding — from monitor to safety hazard — and warns you about any required system you didn't mention. 4. Review, edit, attach photos, and export a branded PDF for your client.
