TENDON PAIN THAT WON'T RESPOND TO REST? YOU'RE NOT ALONE — AND REST ISN'T THE ANSWER. Whether tendinopathy or other tendon injuries, research shows complete rest often makes things worse. Tendon Tracker helps you find the right loading balance for real recovery. Built for tendon rehab but informed by the whole kinetic chain, it helps you spot weak links (ankle, hip, core, low back) that affect tendon load. WHY TRACKING MATTERS: Morning stiffness and 24-48h pain response tell you if yesterday's load was appropriate. Track these patterns to know when to push, catch overload early, and make informed decisions. This is the same monitoring used by sports medicine professionals — now in your pocket. SMART GUIDANCE & TRACKING (Free): DAILY RECOMMENDATIONS: Every morning, get a personalized recommendation — Train, Rest, Isometrics Only, or Modify Load — with clear reasoning based on your symptoms. DAILY TRACKING: Morning stiffness & tendon strength Training sessions with intensity, duration & pain levels 24-48h pain response monitoring Recovery actions: sleep, heat, massage, sauna, protein & collagen intake Pain location tagging and session notes AUTOMATIC FLARE-UP DETECTION: If your strength drops, pain spikes, or stiffness jumps, the app detects it and applies graduated load caps (50% → 75% → 90% over 21 days) to protect you during recovery. PROGRESSION FRAMEWORK: Traffic light pain monitoring system 5-phase load management with stimulus optimization Exercise framework: Isometrics → Heavy Slow Resistance → Plyometrics → Sport Custom exercises tailored to your routine DAILY PLANNER & PROGRESS CHARTS: Plan your training day with recommended exercises for your current phase. Track morning stiffness, tendon strength, and sleep trends over time. STAY ON TRACK: Configurable morning, evening, and custom reminders. Set your own motivation anchor — record why recovery matters to you. ADVANCED FEATURES (Premium — one-time purchase): 8-REGION BODY READINESS PROFILE: Full-body assessment across ankle, knee, hamstring, hip/glute, low back, core, shoulder, and elbow — with bilateral and unilateral tests, spider chart visualization, and weakness identification. RETURN-TO-SPORT ASSESSMENT: Combines tendon health, readiness profile, and sport-specific demands into a clear Ready / Caution / Not Ready verdict with action items. TRAINING CALENDAR: Plan your week and log every session as you train — sets with reps, weight (in kg or lb), and built-in rest & hold timers. Set per-exercise goals and track your progress on a per-exercise history chart. Import or export your plan anytime. DEEP-DIVE ANALYTICS: Training Pain Impact Chart, Training Volume Chart, acute vs chronic load ratio tracking, and advanced trend analysis. COMPREHENSIVE GUIDANCE: In-depth biomechanics guidance, activity-level customization (recreational → competitive), and detailed rehabilitation scenarios. Available for all 9 supported tendons. One-time purchase — no subscriptions, lifetime access, all future premium features included. SUPPORTED TENDONS: Achilles • Patellar • Plantar Fascia • Hamstring • Rotator Cuff • Lateral Elbow • Gluteal • General YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS: All data stored locally on your device. Export to CSV anytime. WHO IT'S FOR: Runners, lifters, climbers, tennis players, weekend warriors — anyone dealing with stubborn tendon pain who's tired of guessing and ready for real progress. EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACH: Built on current tendinopathy research including Silbernagel's pain-monitoring model, Cook & Purdam's continuum model, Rio et al. isometric analgesia, and Malliaras progressive loading principles. Available in English and French. READY TO ACTUALLY HEAL? You've tried rest. You've tried random exercises from YouTube. Your app detects flare-ups before they derail you, tells you what to do each morning, and tracks your whole-body readiness for sport. Stop guessing — start recovering.

Train with the sensors you already own. Kadenz connects your iPhone directly via Bluetooth to an FTMS-compatible indoor bike and, optionally, to a heart rate chest strap. Power, cadence, speed, distance, and heart rate are displayed clearly in real time during your workout. Once you finish, your workout is saved to the Apple Health app. YOUR LIVE METRICS • Power in watts • Cadence • Speed and distance • Heart rate with five configurable training zones • Most recently saved SpO₂ value from the Health app FLEXIBLE CONNECTIVITY Kadenz supports FTMS-compatible indoor bikes regardless of manufacturer. For heart rate data, the app automatically uses the best available source: a chest strap, Apple Watch, or the bike itself. Even without a connected bike, you can start a free workout and track your heart rate and workout duration. IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH Apple Watch is optional. When used, it can record the workout and measure your heart rate directly. You can pause, resume, and end workouts from both iPhone and Apple Watch. DIRECTLY IN THE HEALTH APP Kadenz saves your indoor cycling workout to the Health app with all available power, cadence, speed, distance, heart rate, and energy data. In Kadenz, you can also view previous workouts, weekly and overall totals, an eight-week trend, and detailed charts. Custom titles and notes are stored only on your iPhone. TRAIN WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS The optional Auto-Pause feature automatically pauses your workout when no cadence is detected for five seconds. As soon as you start pedaling again, the workout resumes immediately. Large, color-coded metrics keep all important data easy to read during training. PRIVACY BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No Kadenz cloud. Your workout and health data remain on your devices and in the Health app. Kadenz does not measure SpO₂ itself and is not a medical device.
