About

Kadenz

Features

Train with the sensors you already own. Kadenz connects your iPhone directly via Bluetooth to an FTMS-compatible indoor bike and, optionally, to a heart rate chest strap. Power, cadence, speed, distance, and heart rate are displayed clearly in real time during your workout. Once you finish, your workout is saved to the Apple Health app. YOUR LIVE METRICS • Power in watts • Cadence • Speed and distance • Heart rate with five configurable training zones • Most recently saved SpO₂ value from the Health app FLEXIBLE CONNECTIVITY Kadenz supports FTMS-compatible indoor bikes regardless of manufacturer. For heart rate data, the app automatically uses the best available source: a chest strap, Apple Watch, or the bike itself. Even without a connected bike, you can start a free workout and track your heart rate and workout duration. IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH Apple Watch is optional. When used, it can record the workout and measure your heart rate directly. You can pause, resume, and end workouts from both iPhone and Apple Watch. DIRECTLY IN THE HEALTH APP Kadenz saves your indoor cycling workout to the Health app with all available power, cadence, speed, distance, heart rate, and energy data. In Kadenz, you can also view previous workouts, weekly and overall totals, an eight-week trend, and detailed charts. Custom titles and notes are stored only on your iPhone. TRAIN WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS The optional Auto-Pause feature automatically pauses your workout when no cadence is detected for five seconds. As soon as you start pedaling again, the workout resumes immediately. Large, color-coded metrics keep all important data easy to read during training. PRIVACY BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No Kadenz cloud. Your workout and health data remain on your devices and in the Health app. Kadenz does not measure SpO₂ itself and is not a medical device. REQUIREMENTS • iOS 17 or later • An FTMS-compatible Bluetooth indoor bike is required for bike metrics • Apple Watch and a heart rate chest strap are optional • Not all bikes provide every metric
