Monius is the habit tracker that changes the plan when the plan isn't working. Write a habit as one sentence. Let Apple Health and Screen Time mark it where they can. Every Sunday, Reflect reads your week and proposes one change: a little more, a little less, or a rest. Nothing is scored. There are no streaks and no percentages anywhere in the app — not hidden, absent. WRITTEN AS A SENTENCE "Walk 7,000 steps, after I leave the office, every day — because the walk clears my head." That sentence is the habit: name, cue, rhythm and reason, in one line you would say out loud. COMPLETES ITSELF Steps, distance, workouts, exercise minutes, sleep, mindful minutes, time in daylight, water and more, read from Apple Health. Screen Time habits work both ways: at least 20 minutes in a reading app, or under 30 minutes in the apps you choose. You tick only what only you can know. REFLECT PROPOSES, YOU DECIDE Every Sunday, one honest look at the week and a concrete proposal: raise, ease, or rest. You accept it in one tap, or you don't. When a day slips, Monius asks why — no time, wasn't near it, didn't want to — and the answer shapes the next proposal. A LIMIT THAT HOLDS When you reach a Screen Time limit, the shield says how far over you are and shows a line from the quote library, not a scolding. "15 more minutes" is there when you need it — or, if you choose, once a day and no more. STOIC AT ITS CORE A morning quote from Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus and some 50 other writers, each from a named public-domain translation. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Explain puts a line in plain words, on your device. A quote widget for your Home Screen, and a share card when a line is worth passing on. QUIET BY DESIGN Monius only sends what you asked for: a morning quote and an evening reflection if you switch them on, the Sunday review, a reminder for each habit you gave a time, and one quiet report when habits complete themselves. Nothing fires on a day that is already done. Never a nag, never a guilt trip. YOUR DATA DOES THE WORK, ON YOUR PHONE Because everything stays on your device, Monius can read Apple Health and Screen Time and think about your week without sending any of it anywhere. No account. No analytics. No third-party servers. Your record syncs through your own private iCloud, where we cannot read it. Health data is read, never written. ONE PAYMENT Try everything for two Sundays. Then one purchase, yours forever. No subscription. Monius uses Apple Health (read-only) and Screen Time, each only when you switch it on for a habit. Siri and Shortcuts can create and complete habits on your device.
