Fit Planner is your complete gym companion — from building the perfect routine to logging every set on the gym floor. Browse a built-in exercise library with clear instructions, then assemble custom routines by picking exercises, setting target sets, reps, and weight. Slot each routine into a weekly schedule so your training week is always planned in advance. When it is time to work out, launch live mode. Each set appears one at a time. Log your reps and weight, rest with a built-in countdown timer that rings when rest is over, then advance to the next set. Your session history is saved automatically. Personal records are tracked per exercise. Every time you hit a new PR, Fit Planner flags it so you never miss a milestone. The volume charts let you see how your weekly load has grown over time — a motivating view of real progress. The plate calculator helps you load the barbell fast. Enter a target weight and it shows exactly which plates to add to each side, including fractions. Share your routines or completed workouts with training partners in one tap. Key features: - Bundled exercise library with instructions - Custom routine builder (sets, reps, weight targets) - Weekly schedule planner - Live workout logging with auto rest timer and notifications - PR detection and history - Volume progress charts - Plate calculator - Workout sharing
