About

Serviced

Features

Serviced is the maintenance log for everything you own — your house, your cars, the boat, the RV, the mower and the generator — in one place, working entirely offline, with data that stays yours. WHAT GOES WRONG WITH THE OTHER APPS Home apps don't understand engine hours. Car apps don't understand a house. Boat and RV apps rent you your own records by subscription, and when a service shuts down, the history goes with it. So most people end up with three apps and a spreadsheet — or nothing. ONE LOGBOOK, EVERY KIND OF ASSET Start from a template — house, car, motorcycle, boat, RV or equipment — pre-filled with the usual jobs, all editable. Never a blank page. DUE BY DATE OR BY COUNTER, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST "Oil change every 12 months or 10,000 km." Serviced tracks both thresholds and reminds you of the first one reached. Log a quick counter reading and counter-based jobs are projected into real dates from how you actually use the machine. LOG A JOB IN UNDER 30 SECONDS Tap the job that's due: today's date and last counter are already filled in. Add a cost, a photo, who did it. Done — the next one is scheduled. A DASHBOARD THAT ANSWERS "WHAT'S DUE?" Overdue, scheduled, still to do — across every asset, with a badge on each one. THE MAINTENANCE RECORD (PDF) Selling the car, the boat or the house? Export a clean maintenance record per asset: the item, its full history, the totals. Buyers notice. YOUR DATA IS NEVER LOCKED IN Export everything to CSV, any time, for free. A complete JSON copy is saved automatically once a day and before anything destructive; deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days. No account, no server, no telemetry — nothing leaves your device. LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS Reminders you set, grouped by asset, with the lead time you choose per job. IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC — NATIVE Buy once, use everywhere. A real Mac app with keyboard shortcuts, not a stretched phone screen. FREE AND PRO Free: 3 active assets, fully featured. Export, backups, PDF and notifications are never limited. Serviced Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription) removes the asset limit. Archived assets don't count. Built by the makers of Pilote, the pilot logbook that applies the same rule to your flight hours: what you record should belong to you.
