Placement Pilot simplifies the work of coordinating learner placements and preceptor schedules. Set up your program, define scheduling requirements, add preceptor availability, and let Placement Pilot build a schedule based on the information and rules you provide. Schedules can then be reviewed and adjusted before they are finalized. Placement Pilot helps coordinators: • Create learner placement schedules automatically • Match scheduling needs with preceptor availability • Define work patterns, orientation periods, and scheduling requirements • Manage learners, preceptors, and placements in one place • Review and adjust schedules before finalizing them • Reduce the repetitive work involved in building placement schedules manually Placement Pilot uses rule-based scheduling rather than artificial intelligence, giving coordinators a predictable way to create schedules while keeping control over the final result.
