Stop fumbling with a stopwatch mid-set. PhaseKit builds interval routines that hold their shape through an actual workout, breathwork session, mobility flow, or study block — then brings back the one you need in seconds. Create custom sequences, group steps into repeatable rounds, save routines you'll reuse, and jump straight into any saved timer without rebuilding it from scratch. Key features: • Ready-to-run templates: Tabata, 30/30 intervals, box breathing, and focus sessions • Build custom interval sequences with grouped steps • Save and reuse routines for workouts, breathwork, mobility, or study blocks • Start from any timer in a routine, not just the first • Spoken 3-2-1 countdown and a gong between steps • Timers from one second up to 24 hours • iCloud sync for saved routines across your devices • Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Hindi, and Thai • No account required • No third-party ads or analytics Core timer building, playback, grouping, and saved routines are completely free. An optional one-time Support Developer purchase unlocks cosmetic app color customization and helps fund ongoing development — it's not a subscription, and it never limits the free features. A clean, practical workout timer for anyone who trains. Intervals, rounds and rest — set in seconds, and big enough to read from across the room. Ready-made timers for boxing, MMA, HIIT and yoga. Hundreds of workouts already written out. A log that fills itself. No ads. No account. EIGHT TIMERS FOR TIME: counts up, with an optional time cap. INTERVAL: work and rest, in as many sets as you like. EMOM: every minute on the minute, with a movement for each minute. AMRAP: as many rounds as possible, counting down. TABATA: 20 seconds on, 10 off, 8 rounds, all adjustable. DEATH BY: one more rep every minute, until you can't. FIGHT GONE BAD: stations, work and rest, set by set. STOPWATCH: a plain clock, counting up. BUILD YOUR OWN, AND KEEP IT Every timer has its own page. Set the rounds, the work and the rest, name the movements, and press START. Save the ones you come back to and they are waiting on the home screen — and on your watch. READY-MADE, BY SPORT Boxing and MMA rounds on the bell. HIIT and Tabata ratios. Yoga holds with the transitions between them. Open one and press play; there is nothing to set up. THE WORKOUTS, WRITTEN OUT Sixty classic benchmarks — The Girls and The Heroes, from Fran and Cindy to Murph — with their time caps and movements already in. Thirty more for Halloween and twenty set on South Beach. Pick one and run it. BUILT TO BE READ ACROSS THE ROOM The screen fills with the time, the phase and the movement by name, inside a glowing aura that changes colour as work turns to rest. Light or dark, whichever you prefer. Turn the phone on its side and it splits in two: the clock on one half, the round on the other. CUES YOU CAN HEAR Beeps on 3-2-1 into every interval, a long tone into work, a lower one into rest, and a triple at the end. They mix with your music instead of turning it down, and they keep going when the screen locks — on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. A LOG THAT FILLS ITSELF Every workout you finish lands in your log, on a month calendar. Nothing to write down, nothing scored, no streak to keep up. Swipe a row to tick it off or delete it. Your history syncs through your own iCloud, and finished workouts can be saved to Apple Health. ON EVERY SCREEN YOU OWN iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, with the same timers and the same log on each. Connect a TV by cable or AirPlay and the clock fills the big screen while your phone keeps the controls. PRIVACY No ads and no tracking. Anonymous usage statistics show us which timers get used, and they cannot identify you. Your workout history stays in your own iCloud, which we cannot read. EVERYTHING INCLUDED Every timer, every workout, the log, iCloud sync and Apple Health are included. There is an optional tip in Settings, and it unlocks nothing.
