RunWindow taps you on the wrist when you drift outside the window you set — so you can run by feel, without looking at your watch. Pick a target: a heart-rate range or a pace range. Roll the two wheels with the Digital Crown, or pick a heart-rate zone in one tap, then press Start and drop your arm. THREE CUES, NOTHING ELSE • Fast taps, nonstop — speed up • Slow taps, nonstop — ease off • One tap — you're back in range The cue tells you what to do, never which number moved, and it keeps going until you're back in your window. Hold a steady effort right on the edge and RunWindow stays silent — it waits for a real drift, not a wobble. WHEN YOU DO GLANCE Color Field turns the whole screen into the signal: green in range, warming toward red when you push too hard, cooling toward deep blue when you're too easy, with the word on screen so colour is never the only cue. Prefer a gauge? Swipe up or down for a tick ring or a tuner. DURING AND AFTER THE RUN • Pause, resume, or change your window mid-run • Trend: your whole run drawn against your window • Summary: total time, time in window, heart-rate zones 1–5, distance and active calories BUILT FOR TRAINING, NOT TRACKING • Heart rate streams live from the watch during the workout • Pace comes from GPS, smoothed so a single bad fix can't buzz you • Quick heart-rate zones from your age, plus your own saved windows • Miles or kilometres • Every run is saved to Apple Health as a workout • No account, no phone app, no data leaves your watch RunWindow runs on Apple Watch only. It needs Health access for heart rate and Location access for pace. A one-minute demo shows every cue without either.
Reaction Light Trainer

Reaction Light Trainer turns the phones you already own into a full reaction-light system — the kind of setup coaches pay hundreds for, free. Lights flash in random, unpredictable colors and positions; you react and hit them as fast as you can. Because the cue is unplanned, you train true REACTIVE agility, reaction time, reflexes and hand-eye coordination — not a memorized pattern. That's the difference between reaction lights and cones or ladders, and why athletes use them. KEY FEATURES - Multi-device stations: link several phones (and Apple Watch) over Wi-Fi and spread them out as reaction pods — build lines, boxes, arcs and circuits for a whole squad. Any device hosts and starts. - Solo drills on a single phone: 30s challenge, multi-light, color go/no-go, footwork. - Go / no-go: tap only the right color to train decision speed and impulse control. - Adaptive difficulty: the deadline tightens as you get faster, keeping you at your limit. - Rounds & rest, like real interval / SAQ training. - Live stats & competition: reaction time, hits, misses, accuracy, fastest/average, per-player results and head-to-head racing. BUILT FOR - Speed, agility & quickness (SAQ), reactive agility, change of direction - Soccer & goalkeepers, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, hockey, volleyball - Boxing, MMA & martial arts — hand speed and defensive reflexes - Rehab & return-to-play, balance, proprioception and sports vision - Team & youth coaching, PE classes, group fitness, and cognitive / brain training A flexible, affordable alternative to expensive reaction-light pods — using the devices you already have.
