Ponos Gym
Read full descriptionHide full description
Ponos is a training log for people who actually train. Log your sets, your meals and your body, and get back a history you can read not a wall of numbers you never open again. WHILE YOU TRAIN Your routine for today opens on the home screen. Every exercise shows what you did last time, right there, because the only number that matters mid-set is the one you have to beat. Log weight, reps and RPE, start the rest timer, and move on. Leave the app between exercises and come back it picks up the same session, not a new one. ROUTINES THAT MATCH YOUR WEEK Assign routines to days of the week and Ponos knows what today is. Set target sets and rep ranges per exercise, see the prescribed volume per muscle group, and catch the day you are training shoulders three times and legs never. NUTRITION WITHOUT THE CEREMONY Meals, foods and portions, with your own foods for whatever the catalog is missing. Copy yesterday's diet in one tap because most weeks, most days look the same. YOUR BODY, OVER TIME Body weight and measurements, plotted so you can see a trend instead of guessing from the mirror. Steps come from Apple Health, and the water you log goes back into it, so the rest of your ecosystem sees it. IT WORKS IN THE BASEMENT Everything is written to your phone before anywhere else. No spinner between sets. No session lost because the gym has no bars. When you come back up, it catches up on its own. FRIENDS, IF YOU WANT THEM Add friends and see their training in a feed. Your nutrition, your weight, your measurements and your health data are never shared with anyone, whatever your profile says. TWO LANGUAGES, ALL THE WAY DOWN English and Spanish, including the food catalog and the most common exercises. Switch from inside the app. PRIVACY No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Nothing sold or shared with anyone for marketing, and health data used for nothing but making the app work. Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app no email, no waiting. SUBSCRIPTION Ponos is free for 7 days. After that, USD 0.99 per month keeps you logging; if you stop, nothing is deleted the app becomes read-only and you keep seeing everything. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
