Another message. Another tab. Another thing to do. FlowLead gives you a quieter place to begin. No goal form to fill in. No account to create. Pick a sound and settle into your work, or let the day drift away with the ocean. All current core features are free. REAL SOUNDS, READY OFFLINE Listen to ten field recordings included with the app: Stream, Ocean, Rain, Forest, Cafe, Wood Fire, Wind, Night Insects, Distant Thunder and Waterfall. Adjust the in-app volume and choose a background photo independently. These are recorded environments, not AI-generated noise. YOUR SOUNDS. YOUR BALANCE. Blend up to three sounds with a separate volume for each layer. Name and save a mix for next time. Search, browse categories and keep favorite sounds close. A FOCUS RHYTHM THAT FITS Choose a countdown, count-up timer or Pomodoro. Set short and long breaks, with optional automatic continuation. Labels are optional. Focus work and breaks are recorded separately. ROOM TO WIND DOWN Set a wind-down timer that gradually fades the sound out, with the end chime off by default. Continuous playback is also available. Take a short breathing break with one-, three- or five-minute rhythms, or set nap and morning reminders. Reminders require your permission; available delivery methods depend on your iOS version. Older notification-based reminders can be silenced by system settings. Use a separate reliable alarm for essential wake-up needs. AT YOUR OWN PACE Keep listening in the background and use system playback controls. Pause or return to playback without losing your place. Focus, wind-down and each mix have controls that stay close to the sound. SIMPLE, LOCAL USE Audio works offline. History, favorites and mixes stay on this device. This version has no account sign-in, cloud sync, sleep tracking or meditation courses. Product usage analytics are disabled. Previous purchases can still be restored; a purchase is not required for current core features. Purchase checks and restoration require a connection. FlowLead is a focus and everyday relaxation tool, not a medical device or treatment.
