365 Devotional vs Hamdam

Devotional 365 Divine Reading (Lectio Divina) is designed to equip, inspire and encourage you in your faith and daily prayer habit. This App is crafted to help you receive God's love intimately and extend it to those around you. The main focus is Lectio (Reading): Slowly read the devotions and the short passage of Scriptures, listening for a word or phrase that stands out to you. Meditatio (Meditation): Reflect on that word or phrase, asking what God might be saying to you personally through it, letting go of your own agenda. Oratio (Prayer): Respond to God from your heart, speaking to Him about what you've heard, perhaps with thanks, confession, or surrender. Contemplatio (Contemplation/Rest): Rest in God's presence, simply being with Him and allowing His word to transform you, rather than trying to think or do anythingn. The App content offers guidance, encouragement and Biblical truth to help you grow in faith and also provides you resources to help you with your encounter with God as you go about your daily life. This App isn’t a substitute for reading the Bible more extensively but my prayer is that God will use it to strengthen you and give you the wisdom you need to live for Christ every day.evotional 365 Divine Reading (Lectio Divina) is designed to focus on Lectio (Reading): Slowly read the devotions and the short passage of Scriptures, listening for a word or phrase that stands out to you. A verse for the way today feels. A fal when you need one. Hamdam is a quiet daily companion, grounded in a thousand years of Persian poetry. Tell it how your heart feels on a simple slider and it offers a verse and a reflection chosen for that feeling, drawn from Hafez, Rumi, Saadi, Khayyam, Parvin Etesami, Ferdowsi and Nezami. Every verse appears in the original Persian beside an English translation. A PERSIAN CALENDAR, FREE Set Hamdam to Farsi and its calendar becomes a full Persian one, free with no limits: Shamsi beside Gregorian, Nowruz, Yalda, Iran's public holidays and the poets' days, search, and your own events. THE VERSE AND THE VOICE Seven hundred verses from seven poets, yours from day one. Reading mode unfolds the whole poem around your line, in Persian and English. Many can be heard, read by a credited Persian reciter. FAL E HAFEZ Ask the Divan a question the way generations have, and a full ghazal answers you. ROOTS Yalda, Nowruz, Mehregan and Sizdah Bedar arrive with their own poetry. If your roots lie elsewhere, Roots follows them there. With your family in Roots, Today brings a small line from them each day, and a reflection naming someone can be kept with them. THE GARDEN AND HAMDAM HEALTH Three coaches for mind, movement and sleep read your day from Apple Health, your calendar and the weather, and offer one small thing. With Plus they read heart and sleep signals against your own usual. Wellness, not diagnosis. Plant a habit and watch it grow each day you tend it. A riddle waits each morning. ASK HAMDAM Ask in your own words about your reflections, journal and family stories, and Hamdam answers only from what you have kept, sources shown. It runs on your iPhone: Apple Intelligence in English where available, and in Farsi an optional download from Apple. Nothing you write is sent to us. Siri, widgets and Apple Watch carry your verse and streak. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No email. No ads. Your reflections stay on your device, and in your own iCloud if you sync. HAMDAM PLUS Begin free. The whole Persian calendar, and fifteen reflections every month, always, with daily verses from all seven poets and the full library of seven hundred verses. Every new install begins with a welcome week of Plus. Hamdam Plus opens Ask Hamdam, unlimited reflections, your whole archive and insights beyond fourteen days, iCloud sync, your mood saved to Apple Health, thirty nights of sleep and movement, more room in the garden bed, Deep Mode, your year with family as a card, and the poet deep dives for Saadi, Khayyam, Parvin, Ferdowsi and Nezami. Plus is a simple monthly or yearly subscription with a seven-day free trial, or a single Founding Companion purchase you can share with your family. Verses are sourced from Ganjoor.net.
