Draft Korean employment contracts with English guidance. 근로폼 helps English-speaking employers and employees prepare contracts for work governed by Korean law. Choose a worker type, complete four steps, review key checks and preview a printable A4 PDF. The PDF template and original statutory excerpts remain in Korean. English explanations are drafting guidance, not a translation of the signed document or advice on another country's laws. KEY CHECKS BEFORE ISSUING • Minimum wage: compares the effective hourly wage with the app's confirmed Korean minimum-wage table. The 2026 rate is KRW 10,320. For a 40-hour week, monthly salary conversion uses 209 paid hours, including weekly-holiday hours. Other schedules use their calculated paid hours. Unconfirmed years are flagged for rechecking. • Weekly paid-holiday pay: scheduled hours of AT LEAST 15 per week meet the app's hours threshold; under 15 is excluded based on the four-week average. Workplaces with four or fewer employees are not exempt. The estimate does not prove actual attendance or payment. • Breaks: flags less than 30 minutes for 4 hours of work, or less than 1 hour for 8 hours, provided during the shift. • Minor working hours: checks the 7-hour daily and 35-hour weekly limits for ages 15 to under 18 and explains the limited extensions by agreement. • Part-time schedules: records each working day and its hours. • Required written terms: checks business name, representative, employee name, workplace and duties. Blocking findings prevent PDF issuing regardless of purchase status. No blockers does not certify full legal compliance. KOREAN LEGAL SOURCES Where a finding has a verified statutory basis, read its Korean excerpt, scoped English explanation, official source link and verification date. Some informational or input-validation findings intentionally have no directly linked provision and are labeled accordingly. The displayed verification date is not a promise that every law is current today. FIVE CONTRACT TYPES Permanent, fixed-term, part-time, minor (under 18) and daily construction. Required fields and checks follow the selected type. Review schedule summaries and live monthly-pay, hourly-wage and holiday-pay estimates as you edit. PRINT, SIGN AND SHARE Preview a single A4 page, then export a PDF to share by message, email or AirDrop, or print it. Both parties sign after printing; the app does not capture signatures. Save contracts locally, duplicate one for a new hire, or undo the latest deletion while it remains available. ON-DEVICE DRAFTING Names, addresses, phone numbers and wages are stored on your device. No account or login is required for drafting, and the app does not upload contract data to its own server. Sharing a PDF is your choice. Purchases, restoration and official-source links need a connection. THREE CUMULATIVE FREE ISSUES Drafting, saving, duplication, checks and previews stay free. Issue a cumulative total of 3 watermarked PDFs free; the allowance does not reset monthly. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited PDF issues without the watermark. No subscription. The purchase price is shown by the App Store. This app is a drafting aid for Korean employment contracts, not legal advice. Consult a qualified Korean labor professional or lawyer for individual cases.
