Ema Note is a free recording app inspired by recording methods used in cognitive behavioral therapy homework. Record and organize what you enter in five fields. RECORD IN FIVE OPTIONAL FIELDS • Situation: what happened, and where • Automatic thoughts: what went through your mind • Feelings: how you felt, and how strongly • Physical sensations: what you noticed in your body • Behavior: what you did at the time Every field is optional. Enter something in any one field, and your record saves automatically. REVIEW AND EXPORT A PDF Find past records in a calendar and list. Turn a selected date range into an A4 PDF worksheet to review or bring to counseling and medical appointments. Export up to 31 days at a time, and choose where to save or share the file. KEEP NOTES FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT Keep the appointment date, location and talking points together. Set a reminder for the day before if you need one. Talking points belong to the appointment and are not included in the records PDF. RECORDS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE No account is needed. Your records and appointment content are not sent to our servers. Writing and reviewing work offline. Use app lock, export all data as a backup, and import it on another device. No analytics, advertising or crash collection SDKs. The app connects to check for and download updates without including record or appointment content. OS backups follow your device and cloud service settings. You may see notices about services from the developer or its partners. BEFORE YOU BEGIN Ema Note does not provide diagnosis, treatment or advice, or replace a doctor or counselor. If you use it as homework, discuss its use with your doctor or counselor. Japanese and English interfaces. Light and dark appearance. Made by Pluralworks LLC.
