Intent vs Solus

Blocks all apps by default and requires you to manually unlock the required apps for each phone use. Prevents aimlessly wandering into a doom scroll.

There's always more to do. More to track, more to optimize, more to feel behind on. Solus is built on a different belief. One intention, held clearly through a single day, is worth more than a hundred tasks left half-finished. Solus is a daily intention app designed to help you focus on one meaningful thing each day. Instead of managing endless tasks, begin your morning with a single intention, carry it with you throughout the day, and end with a quiet moment of reflection. Set one intention in the morning. Live with it. Mark it complete when you're ready, or carry it forward when you're not. Every day begins fresh. Whatever happened yesterday stays there. No streaks. No history used against you. No record of the days you didn't follow through. When you're done, the moment is quiet and intentional. Not a score. Not a statistic. Just a gentle close to the day. Your intention stays with you beyond the app. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep it visible without opening Solus, and it appears in StandBy while your iPhone rests on its side charging. You can ask Siri to set your intention or mark it done without touching the screen at all. Widgets follow your selected theme so your Home Screen feels consistent. Solus follows your preferred text size, so it stays comfortable to read. Everything is stored on your device. No account required. No data leaves your iPhone. Solus is free to download. The daily intention experience is completely free and always will be. If Solus has been helpful, you're welcome to buy a coffee. It's a small one-time way to say thank you. For those who want to go further, Solus Plus is available as a one-time purchase with no subscription. Solus Plus includes: • Evening Close End each day with a quiet question and a moment of reflection. • Quiet Archive Keep every intention you've ever set in one place. No scores. No color coding. No completion rates. Just a quiet record of what mattered. • Themes Five thoughtfully designed themes. Dawn and Midnight are free. Stone, Dusk, and Slate are available with Solus Plus. Solus is for anyone who has tried productivity systems and walked away exhausted. For anyone who knows what matters today but keeps losing it in the noise. One intention. One day. That's enough.
