Sleep Ledger

Remember how you slept with a morning check-in that takes about 10 seconds. SleepLedger helps you keep a personal sleep diary, review changes across the week, and prepare records to share when you need them. RECORD HOW SLEEP FELT Choose just two ratings: sleep quality and how rested you feel on waking. Add energy, time to fall asleep, night awakenings, tags, or notes if you want more detail. Your own ratings stay separate from device estimates. LOOK BACK AT YOUR WEEK See recorded days, gaps, and changes in your weekly review. View separate trends for quality, restedness, and energy as you build your diary. Compare recorded tags when there are enough entries. Browse your full history, add a missed day, and edit or delete entries. PREPARE TWO WEEKS OF RECORDS Open a free preview of the last 14 days, including daily entries and missing days. Adjust the date range and choose whether to include notes. With Pro, create a PDF or CSV file for personal reflection or a conversation with a healthcare professional. Previewing is free; generating files requires the one-time Pro unlock. KEEP YOUR DIARY CLOSE Record quality and restedness on Apple Watch, then sync with your paired iPhone. When the phone is unavailable, the watch keeps saved check-ins until syncing resumes. Use widgets, Control Center, Siri, or Shortcuts on supported systems to reach your diary tasks. On iPhone, shortcuts can also open your weekly review or two-week preview. ADD OPTIONAL CONTEXT Connect Apple Health to view available sleep timing, estimated duration, and time in bed alongside your diary. Available sleep context can be included in Pro exports. SleepLedger reads this data with your permission; it does not automatically measure sleep or write to Apple Health. A separate, optional HRV connection shows available SDNN readings for a selected sleep window. These readings are not a stress or recovery score and are not saved in your diary or included in exports. After you have built a recording history, an optional Sleep Check uses the ISI (Insomnia Severity Index) for structured self-reflection. It refers to the past two weeks and includes sources and an informational disclaimer. FREE EVERYDAY USE - Unlimited daily entries, full diary history, and editing - Weekly review, 7-day trends, and tag comparisons when enough entries are available - Reminders you can choose to enable - Apple Watch check-ins and optional Apple Health context - Sleep Check when available - Record previews and date-range selection PRO: ONE-TIME PURCHASE - Detailed 30-day trends - Popular tag summaries in the Pro view - PDF and CSV file exports No subscription or recurring charge. You can start your diary without purchasing Pro. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICE Your diary is stored on your devices. Daily logging works offline and requires no account or Apple Health connection. The app has no ads or third-party analytics or tracking. Files are generated on your iPhone and shared only when you choose. HEALTH INFORMATION SleepLedger is for informational self-tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The ISI is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns.

Generate an ascending, descending or pyramid interval workout with optional rest, preparation and cooldown, then save the full timeline as an editable workout. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Session Ladder from Home. Choose a shape, number of levels, first work interval and per-level increment. 2. Add optional rest and bookends. Review the complete timeline and total duration before saving. 3. Save as an editable workout, review the plan and use the existing workout runner when ready. Existing workout editing, interval running, history and settings remain available. Generated intervals are stored together in a single transaction, preserving their order and exact durations. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 12 levels and two hours total. A pyramid includes its peak once. Zero-length optional stages are omitted. Rest after the final work stage is optional. The generated workout is a timer plan, not a prescribed exercise program. iPhone and iPad.

Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Sleep Ledger at Free against Intervo's $0.99. Intervo's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
