Current vs Fold

Current reimagines Eastern Philosophy for modern life by combining ancient wisdom with personalized reflection to help you navigate the world with intention. Inspired by the deep wells of Eastern philosophy, we’ve translated ancient truths into a modern practice for everyday life. There is no archaic language and no barrier to entry, only wisdom amidst a chaotic world. Why Current? In Eastern philosophy, water is the ultimate teacher. It does not fight the rock; it flows around it. Current helps you do the same. It is a fluid approach to building discipline through gentleness, confidence through awareness, and finding meaning through alignment. What will you get from Current? -Daily Wisdom Start your day with perspective instead of pings. Receive a curated quote from Eastern philosophy paired with a deep-dive modern interpretation to help you stay grounded as the day moves. -Micro-Grounding Pause and return to yourself in under 90 seconds. These short breathing exercises and affirmations are designed to pull you back into the present moment when the world feels too loud. -Personalized Reflections A fresh and aesthetic reimagining of the ancient Book of Changes (I Ching). Use intuitive, guided reflections to find clarity in specific areas of your life such as Growth, Clarity, and Connection. A Space to Breathe Current is a space to breathe, slow down, and discover yourself. The app features a minimalist aesthetic designed to quiet the mental noise the moment you open it. There is no clutter and no distraction, creating a true sanctuary to simply be. Move at your own pace. Stay in the current. Need help?
