IMPORTANT: Full access to the app requires an in-app purchase and redeem code. A 7-day free trial is included. Today is enough. Fold is a daily practice - a quiet space to shape your intentions into the present moment. Like folding paper into something meaningful, Fold helps you take the scattered pieces of your day and give them form: what you plan, what you repeat, what you notice, and what you feel. Each morning, you decide what today holds. Each evening, you see what unfolded. Four simple practices Plan What needs your attention today? Act What are you becoming through repetition? Track Where is your time actually going? Reflect What did you notice about yourself? Designed for one day at a time No endless backlogs. No overdue guilt. Just today. Contained. Intentional.
