Memo AI vs Note Now

You're walking and ideas start coming. Stop and type each one? That's annoying. Keep walking and hope you remember? Good luck with that. Memo fixes this. Hit record, talk, keep moving. The app handles the rest—transcription, formatting, even pulling out the important bits. No typing, no lost thoughts. WORKS EVERYWHERE Walking to work? Record. In a meeting? Put your phone on the table. At the doctor? Keep it in your pocket. Memo runs in the background and catches everything. You just talk. ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS YOU The transcription is scary good. 12+ languages, and you can add your own words—client names, medical terms, that weird project acronym nobody can spell. It learns. TURNS RAMBLING INTO REAL NOTES Here's where it gets interesting. You talk for 20 minutes about three different things. Memo figures out what matters: • The key points (not everything you said) • Action items and deadlines • Important dates you mentioned • Formatted in clean markdown CHAT WITH YOUR NOTES "What did I say about the marketing budget?" Just ask. Memo searches your recordings, finds connections between notes, can even look things up online. The more you use it, the more context it has. MAKE IT YOURS Tell the AI how you like your notes. Short bullet points? Detailed summaries? Focus on action items? Set it once, or change it per recording. Your call. ABOUT PRIVACY Notes stay on your phone. Audio gets deleted after transcription (we don't want it either). Only the AI processing touches the cloud. We're not building a data business here.
