BreathHoldWork is a precision practice instrument for structured breath-hold training. Designed for serious practitioners — apnea athletes, freedivers, breathwork coaches, longevity-focused adults — who need a clean, configurable tool for daily practice. Not a course. Not a wellness app. Why it exists Stopwatches and generic timers don't support structured, progressive breath-hold practice. Random apps from the wellness aisle don't either. This app does one thing: time and track holds the way the work demands. What it does • Build custom hold-and-recover sequences across multiple rounds • Configurable audio and visual cues at the moments that matter (halfway, every minute, last minute, first urge, first contraction) • Live session metrics: hold time, recovery time, round count, totals • Session history with full breakdown — every session, measured • Foundation mode (free) and Advanced mode (per-round customization, awareness markers, sequence templates) Access • Foundation mode: free • Advanced mode: included for BreathHoldWork® Masterclass students via activation code, or via in-app subscription ($9.99/month, $79/year, 7-day free trial) Practice responsibly. This app is a practice instrument, not medical guidance. Train within your limits. Do not practice breath-holds in water without proper supervision and safety protocols. Welling is one page a day, in the order you live it. TODAY The day's acts stand first, ordered by how often you do them: log your weight, say how you feel, log what you ate, and on the days a session is planned, start it. Behind the page, a mountain scene follows the hour from first light to night, with the day's weather. Swipe between four rooms: Today, Fuel, Move and Record. SAY IT One bar on every page. Type, or tap the mic and say it: what you ate, what you weigh, how the day feels. It lands in your record as a receipt you can adjust or undo. Words in the box are yours until you tap Send, and listening stays on this phone. FUEL A protein ring that keeps count through the day, and the meals you logged under it. Snap a photo of the plate or the label and the numbers fill in. Ask for a week of dishes built to your rules. Price the week at your Kroger store and send the groceries to your cart. MOVE A plan built from your answers and the equipment you have, and a session floor with set logging and rest timing. When your day has felt low, a shorter session is offered; the app never adds work. Turn on camera form check and Welling watches you lift: it counts your reps, times your tempo and shows one cue at a time. Frames are read on your phone and are never saved or sent. RECORD Your weigh-ins and the line they draw, your felt words, your food, and the labs you bring. A PDF or a photo of any lab report lands marker by marker, with the lab's own ranges and flags. Trends put each marker across your draws beside your weight. Nothing is interpreted for you. CONNECTIONS, ALL OPTIONAL Apple Health for weight, steps, active energy, sleep, heart rate and workouts; the meals you log are written back as nutrition. Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit and hundreds more, through the device maker's own sign-in. Kroger for groceries. Siri to log a meal hands-free. Meal reminders and an evening check-in you schedule yourself. Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Delete your account from Settings at any time. THE PRACTICE Welling PLLC is a licensed telehealth practice. Its membership is a separate decision, made at wellinghealth.com and delivered by Clinicians outside the app. Nothing in this app is unlocked by it, and the app is free whether or not you join. THE COACH The AI coach in the bar handles logistics, never clinical judgment. Ask it a clinical question and it says so and points you to a Clinician.
