Rot Stop is a privacy-first iOS app that helps you stop digital rot by blocking distracting apps using NFC tags, schedules, usage limits, or any combination. No subscriptions. No cloud. How Rot Stop Works - Choose the apps you want to block: social media, games, shopping, or anything distracting. - Create multiple groups for different contexts (work, study, sleep) - (Optional) NFC tags: scan a physical tag to lock or unlock. Real-world friction you can't tap through. - Schedules: auto-lock apps at specific times and days (work hours, bedtime, weekends) - Usage limits: auto-block apps after a daily time threshold - Mix and match: add a schedule and an NFC tag to the same group Your Pet Rot Stop includes a virtual pet that mirrors your habits. Lock apps daily and your pet stays happy. Skip a day and it starts to worry. Miss a full week and it reverts to an egg. Why NFC? Your focus is protected by something you can't tap through. Schedules and limits work automatically, but for the moments you want full control, an NFC tag creates a physical pause between impulse and action.

antia is a quiet place to write your life down. Write what matters — a memory, a passing thought, a voice note, a photo — and antia gathers it into your Route: a living map of the life you're actually walking. Writing is the act; the Route is what the writing becomes. There are no streaks, no goals, no guilt for missing a day. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Capture — Open a blank page and write, dictate a voice memo, or add a photo. Nothing is scored, paraphrased, or corrected. Your words are kept exactly as you wrote them. • Memories — Everything you've captured, gathered in one calm timeline you can return to. • Route — antia arranges your entries into a reflective, prose-like view of your life over time: the people, places, and turning points that recur. Tap a moment to sit with it. • Ask — Ask questions about your own past and get answers grounded only in what you've written. Nothing invented. • Sessions (optional) — Quiet, timed writing rooms. Write alongside others with anonymous presence only, or, if you choose, share an entry and read others' under pseudonyms. HONEST ABOUT THE AI antia uses LLMs to organize your writing and reflect it back to you. It retrieves, connects, and drafts on request, always grounded in your own memories. It never invents a memory or writes your life for you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal is private to your account. No ads. No third-party tracking, no IDFA. Analytics are first-party only and can be turned off in Settings. Camera, microphone, photo, and location access are all optional — the app is fully usable with each one denied. You can export or delete your account and data at any time.
