Clastly is a personal database for collecting, organizing, and looking back on everything you love. Books, gadgets, travel memories, fandom, subscriptions—turn anything worth keeping into a collection shaped around you. Start quickly with templates: • Collection Catalog - Track purchase dates, condition, storage locations, and photos • Travel Log - Save places from maps or your current location • Fandom - Record concerts, merch, and favorite moments • Subscription Manager - Manage renewal dates, costs, and active services • Reading List - Organize covers, reading status, reviews, and reference URLs • Pet Diary - Capture daily moments, photos, and notes about your pets • Sauna & Spa - Record temperatures, facilities, and relaxation levels • Cafe Log - Log latte art, beans, and shop atmosphere • Movie Watchlist - Save memorable quotes, directors, and personal ratings Or start with Blank and create a structure of your own. Add fields that fit what you collect: • Text • Number • Date • Checkbox • Single Select • Multi Select • URL • Place • File • Created Time • Last Edited Time • Formula (Clastly Pro) • Relation (Clastly Pro) • Rollup (Clastly Pro) Customize your views: • List - Scan details quickly • Table - Compare and edit details in columns • Gallery - Browse records with photos • Masonry - Make the most of photos in different sizes • Board - Organize by status or category • Calendar - See dated records by month, week or day • Map - See saved places on a map Group, sort, and filter using your fields. Search within a collection or across collections, find records in Spotlight, and choose which details appear in each row. Group text by first letter, numbers by range, and dates by day, week, month, or year, and hide empty groups. Set end dates to record a period, and display numbers as currency, percentages or with a unit. You can also set a notification for a date and time you specify. Choose a notification or an urgent reminder that sounds an alarm (iOS or iPadOS 26 or later). One view per collection, all layouts, grouping, sorting and filtering remain free. Import and export data: You can also import CSV and TSV files to create collections. Collections created in Clastly can be exported as CSV. Back up all your data together and restore it when you need it. Capture from anywhere: Save photos, web pages, text, files, and Apple Maps places to Clastly from the share sheet. Home Screen widgets show a calendar, recent records, and collection counts, while widgets, the Lock Screen, and Control Center give you quick ways to add a new record. Clastly also works with Siri and Shortcuts. Automate opening collections, adding and editing records, updating fields, and searching your data. Private and synced: No ads. No social features. Your collections sync between iPhone and iPad with iCloud. With Clastly Pro (subscription), save multiple named views for each collection and switch between them. Search text in photos, scans and PDFs. Use formulas to calculate costs and dates, combine text, or show results based on conditions. View totals and averages for each group. Link records across collections with relations, and use rollups to total, average, or count values from linked records. Not for likes, but for yourself. Build a library just to collect and enjoy looking back at your treasures.
