A meditation timer that gets out of your way. No subscriptions. No guided sessions. Just press start and sit. I built Oku because every meditation app I tried wanted me to subscribe, watch a tutorial, or pick from a library of guided sessions. I just wanted to sit down, meditate and track my sessions. So that's what this app does. Set your time anywhere from 1 to 90 minutes with a simple drag gesture. Pick a completion sound you like: singing bowl, soft bell, or warm chime. Press begin. That's the whole app. No subscriptions. No account. No ads.

Taking a moment to close your eyes in the midst of a busy day. Meditation provides a valuable space to clear an information-overloaded mind and regain inner peace. ZenTimer is an incredibly simple meditation app designed to seamlessly integrate that quiet time into your daily life. Start by setting a target time, but there is no pressure to strictly stick to it. Finish early if you are satisfied, or keep going if it feels right. Meditating in pure silence is meaningful enough on its own. However, on days when it feels "too noisy in your head," try turning on the ambient sound. We provide a unique meditation soundscape centered on the 528Hz Solfeggio frequency, fusing singing bowl harmonics, ambient drones, and the breath of nature. Blending scientifically-guided Theta wave induction with traditional harmonic therapy, it is more than just background music—it is a "space" to align your consciousness. Distractions fade away with the sound’s fade-in, and a pleasant silence settles into your body with the fade-out. ■ Sound Features ・528Hz Solfeggio Frequency (including harmonic series) ・Tibetan Bowl Harmonics (1 / 2.756 / 5.404 ratio) ・Space Ambient Pad (Am harmonic chord structure) ・Binaural Beats θ wave 6Hz (when using headphones) ・Brown Noise ambient style Find your calm, starting from just one minute a day. Change the quality of your day with quiet time spent simply counting.
