FitBoost is a training log for strength and cardio that turns your history into a concrete answer: how much to lift next. β–  A coach inside every workout Finish a set, log how hard it was, and your next set's weight is set for you. When fatigue starts costing you reps, it tells you to stop, and rest times adjust to how hard that last set was. The more you train, the more it learns your own stopping point and how you rate effort. β–  Apple Watch and Garmin Finish a set on your wrist and pick the effort. The rest timer starts, and a tap on your wrist says when it's time to go. 41 Garmin watch models log sets and rest from the wrist too. β–  Running mode One switch turns Home, History, Stats and Coach toward running. Track on phone or watch for 1 km splits, elevation and grade-adjusted pace, with paces from one reference result. After a hard leg day, quality runs become easy runs. Repeat routes become courses to race your past self, shared by link, QR code or file. β–  Movement assessment Camera tests for mobility, fitness, jumps, bar speed and running form, with measurement error, change, left–right difference and sourced research ranges. Video stays on your device. β–  Share studio Design runs and lifts for Instagram stories: 26 layouts filled with this record; metric, word, pin and photo stickers; a font and color per label; stickers behind the person. Save to Photos, post to your story, or import GPX/TCX runs. β–  Free muscle recovery map and pain notes A body map shows how recovered each muscle is from recent training. On days you'd hit something still recovering, the home screen tells you first. Log pain and the lifts that use that muscle get lighter, with substitutes suggested. β–  Your routines go up on their own Start a routine and today's weights and reps come from your last sessions. Hit the top of your rep range and it goes up; miss it and it holds; miss twice and it eases off. Each kind of equipment uses its own step, and after a long break you come back gently. β–  Strength balance Compares your squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and barbell row against typical ratios. If one is lagging, it suggests an extra set or an accessory for your routine. β–  My gym and plate math Add your bar and the plates you own to see what goes on each side and in what order. Suggested weights snap to loads you can actually build, in kg or lb. β–  Your records are free and unlimited Workout records have no cap. No account needed, and your log stays on your device. iCloud keeps your iPhone and iPad in sync for free, and a backup file moves your log to another device. The free plan includes up to 3 routines and 5 custom exercises. β–  Train with your coach Pick a date range and send your trainer a workout report. Trainers keep each client's log separate from their own. β–  It works out your next load Completed sets of 12 reps or fewer feed Epley, Brzycki and Lombardi estimates, and we take the median. Log RIR and the reps you had left sharpen it further. β–  1,600+ exercises, every one with a guide Every exercise carries setup, execution, breathing and precautions. Filter by muscle group and equipment to find what you need. β–  Five languages Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. FitBoost PRO adds auto progression, a personal 1–15 rep load curve, the in-workout coach, learned targets, strength balance fixes, plateau detection, gym-ready loads and a weekly report, with unlimited routines and custom exercises. For running: grade-adjusted pace, heart-rate drift, fitness and fatigue, critical speed, structured sessions, a race-day pacer and course segments. PRO+ adds a block-periodized program, daily intensity tuned to your readiness, weekly sets per muscle, nutrition targets and a weekly running plan that works around strength recovery.
