Track every dollar without linking a single bank account. Most budgeting apps demand access to your bank login. They sync your accounts, store your credentials, and share your financial data with third parties. Finly does none of that. Finly is the only AI-powered budget tracker and expense planner built entirely around your privacy - no bank connections, no credential storage, no sharing of your personal financial records with third parties. Your financial life stays yours. "The voice logging is a game changer. I'm always on the subway or in the car and just being able to say what I spent without typing it out is so convenient." - Mark, App Store, 5 stars TRACK EXPENSES BY VOICE Open Finly and just say it. Finly's AI understands natural language and logs your expense instantly - category, amount, and note included. No typing, no menus, no friction. Whether you are at a coffee shop or stepping out of an Uber, your expense is logged before you put your phone away. IMPORT YOUR BANK STATEMENTS No bank password needed. Download a PDF or CSV statement from your bank's website - the same way you would to file your taxes - and upload it to Finly. The AI reads, categorizes, and organizes every transaction automatically. Works with any bank in the world: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Barclays, TD Bank, local credit unions - if your bank produces a statement, Finly can read it. UNDERSTAND WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES See exactly where every dollar goes with clear spending breakdowns by category. Finly generates monthly summaries and week-over-week trend charts so you can spot patterns over time. When did your grocery spending spike? What subscriptions are silently draining your budget? Finly answers all of it with zero bank access required. BUILD BUDGETS THAT ACTUALLY WORK Create spending limits by category and get notified before you overspend - not after. Most people fail at budgeting because they only find out at month end. Finly's real-time tracking means you know your status today. Set a grocery budget, a dining budget, an entertainment budget. Finly shows you exactly how much runway you have left in each. SNAP RECEIPTS INSTANTLY See a receipt? Take a photo. Finly's AI reads the merchant, date, and total and logs it automatically. No manual entry, no forgetting what you spent. Works for restaurants, retail, pharmacies, gas stations - any receipt you receive. BUILT FOR BANK-LEVEL PRIVACY Zero bank connections means zero exposure. Your financial data is never sold. Your credentials are never stored. No third-party financial aggregator ever touches your private records. You get all the power of a modern AI finance app with none of the privacy risks of bank-connected alternatives. MORE FEATURES - AI spending insights that surface unusual patterns and savings opportunities - Currency conversion for travelers and people with international income - Shareable milestone cards for paying off debt or hitting savings goals - Category customization so your budget reflects how you actually live - Manual transaction logging for cash and in-person payments - Subscription tracker to catch recurring charges you may have forgotten WHO FINLY IS FOR Finly is for anyone who wants to manage money without surrendering privacy. For people who pay with cash. For freelancers managing income from multiple sources. For anyone burned by data breaches who refuses to hand banking credentials to a third-party app. For anyone who tried Mint, YNAB, or Rocket Money and thought: why does this need my bank password just to help me budget? Finly works differently. Always has. Download Finly today and take back control of your money. Local Budget reads credit card statements on your iPhone and builds a budget from them. Input is the PDF or CSV your card issuer provides, or Apple Card through Apple Wallet. There is no account, no bank login and no server: parsing, storage and analysis all run on the device, and statement import works offline. INPUT • PDF statements, including scanned paper statements saved as PDF, read with on device text recognition • CSV exports. Column layouts are detected and remembered per card • Password protected PDFs • Import from the Statements tab, or the Share sheet in Files, Safari and Mail • Duplicate transactions are skipped if you import the same statement twice • Card payments are detected and left unticked, so paying the bill isn't counted as money in • The parsed total can be checked against the statement's printed total APPLE CARD (US) • Reads booked Apple Card transactions through Apple Wallet, with your permission • Syncs each time the app opens. Pending transactions are added once they settle • Apple Card only. Apple Cash and Savings are not read • Card payments are not stored. Refunds and statement credits are • Dates already covered by an imported Apple Card statement are not added again • Revoke access in Settings and the app deletes its Apple Card data CATEGORIES • One category per transaction. Labels are separate, any number per transaction, for grouping across categories such as a trip or a project • New transactions are categorized in this order: your rules, your past choices for that merchant, a built in list of over 250 common merchants, then Apple Card's merchant type. No match means no category • The import preview shows every category before anything is saved. Change any of them, or undo after • A category you set is never overwritten • Categorize by Merchant groups uncategorized spending by merchant, largest first. One choice covers every transaction from that merchant and adds a rule for future imports • When nothing else knows a merchant, a word in its name (restaurant, parking, pharmacy) gives a suggestion. Suggestions from the name are never applied without a tap ANALYSIS • Home: the latest month's total, categories and merchants, compared with the previous month and your average • Spending by day, week, month or year over a range you choose • Saved filters, compared over time • Category, merchant and budget figures open the transactions behind them • Home screen widget BUDGETS AND BILLS • Monthly budgets by category or label, with optional rollover • Savings goals with the monthly amount needed • Recurring charges detected from your history, with reminders before the due date • Income, net worth and 17 currencies DATA AND SECURITY • Optional Face ID or Touch ID lock. No ads, no analytics, no tracking • Backups are encrypted with 256 bit AES (GCM). The key is derived from your password with PBKDF2 at 210,000 iterations and a new random salt for every file. Passwords are at least 12 characters • The backup password is kept in iCloud Keychain, so a new iPhone opens your backups without typing it, or on this iPhone only. Your choice • CSV export for spreadsheets (not encrypted), and delete all data in one step Free for the first 150 transactions. Local Budget Pro removes the limit, monthly or yearly, and the price for your region is shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings. A statement didn't import correctly? Email localbudget@tripletnotes.com with the card issuer's name. Don't attach the statement, and never send account or card numbers.
