Stride helps you build healthier digital habits by linking your daily step goal to app access. Using step data from Apple Health and Apple’s Screen Time technology, Stride restricts selected apps until you complete your movement goal for the day. Instead of relying on willpower alone, Stride creates a simple structure: move first, then unlock your apps. How It Works • Set your daily step goal • Choose the apps you want to limit • Complete your steps • Selected apps become available once your goal is reached Stride uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs to apply app restrictions and Apple Health step data to track progress toward your goal. Features • App restriction based on step completion • Customizable daily step targets • Integration with Apple Health • Secure Screen Time management • Simple and focused design Stride does not collect or sell your health data. Step data is used solely to determine when your selected apps can become available. Permissions Required • Access to step data via Apple Health • Screen Time authorization to manage selected apps Stride requires these permissions to function properly. How It Works - Tap the kinds of data you want. - Choose the last N days, the last N records, a date range, or everything. - Tap Export CSV, and save the file where you want: On My iPhone, iCloud Drive or another app. Before a large export, the app shows the exact number of rows and the file size. You can cancel while the export is prepared. The File One row per reading, with the date, metric, value, unit and source. Lab rows also carry their LOINC code, and glucose rows their meal time. Choose the date format, the sort order, pounds or kilograms, and Fahrenheit or Celsius. Private by Design - Everything happens on your iPhone. No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. - Read-only: the app never writes to Apple Health. - It asks only for the data you select. Lab results need Health Records set up in the Health app. HealthExporterCSV is a data export tool, not medical advice. Check your exported data against the Health app, and talk to your doctor about your health.
