What tier are you? Log one set of any exercise and TORQ works out your estimated max, adjusted for your bodyweight and sex. It scores that lift 0 to 1000 against how the lifting population actually performs, giving you a tier on every lift and one overall score. Dusty (bottom 50%), Cooking (top 50%), Slept On (top 25%), Decent (top 15%), Built (top 5%), Goated (top 2%). A tier and a 0 to 1000 score on every lift from your very first set. Over 150 exercises scored. Tap to log a set. The rest timer starts itself. Tap any set to edit it. Log sets and run the rest timer from the iPhone Lock Screen without unlocking. Build a session in seconds: swap, reorder, add or remove exercises, set the weights, then go. Tier history, estimated-max charts with the tier ladder behind them, your streak and the next PR to chase. A tier-up ceremony when a lift crosses into the next tier. Share your tier as a sticker. Follow a programme or routine, or train freestyle. Dark or light theme, kg or lb. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. No account. No sign-up. No server. Verdict
TORQ and Creatine Tracker are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. TORQ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Creatine Tracker sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
TORQ ships an update weekly, Creatine Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
