H2O Field Service puts your maintenance and facilities operation on the technician's phone and tablet — and it keeps working with no signal. Everything done in the field is saved on the device and uploads on its own once the connection is back. FOR THE TECHNICIAN IN THE FIELD • Work orders and tickets: open, service and resolve, with the SLA deadline in view and the site's history. • Tasks and time tracking: an activity timer with photo, to record what was done and how long it took. • Checklists: answer item by item, take photos, capture the technician's and the customer's signature on screen. • Assets with QR codes: scan the tag and open the equipment instantly, even in a basement with no signal. Photos, serial number, manufacturer, location. • Measurements and readings: record measurement points and meter readings. • Daily site log: the day's work with activities, crew, equipment, photos and weather, closed at the end of the shift. • Safety (SST): job hazard analysis, work permits and inspections. • Gatehouse: visitor and badge control. • Invoices: record received material. • Material requests and approvals, straight from the job. BUILT FOR REAL FIELDWORK • Offline-first: nothing stops because of a lost signal. The app stores everything and syncs when it can. • Fast to open and use, from a small phone to a tablet. • Technical reports generated from what was collected. FOR THE COORDINATION TEAM • The day at a glance: open tickets, overdue deadlines, today's and this week's tasks, pending approvals. • Every photo, measurement and signature reaches the system as soon as the device reconnects. H2O Field Service is a business app: access is through your company login. Contact ATG to enable it for your operation.
