About

Flow

Flow's blocking concept relies on putting a physical object - the Flow Key - between you and your mobile distractions. Tap it to start a session, and your chosen apps and websites will block instantly. The only way back in is to tap the key again, so the moment you put it out of reach, those distractions go with it. That's where the magic happens. The Flow Key is a premium, matte black metal NFC card that pairs with the Flow app. It's solid, can fit in your pocket or wallet, and is built to be the one thing standing between you and your phone. Flow creates the kind of friction that actually sticks, so you can spend less time on your device and more time on what actually matters in your life. HOW IT WORKS - Set up a mode by choosing which apps or websites to block, or flip it and only allow the apps you need, blocking everything else. - Tap your Flow Key to your phone to instantly start the session. - Place your key somewhere out of reach and where you won't have the urge to grab it. - When you're ready to finish, simply tap the Flow Key again to end your session. The concept is simple, yet highly effective. FEATURES - Modes: Create custom modes for every part of your day. Choose specific apps and websites to block, or switch it around and only allow the apps you need, blocking everything else. Mix and match for Work, Study, Sleep, Gym, or anything else your routine demands. - Schedules: Set recurring focus sessions that start automatically at the times you choose. Your blocks kick in without you having to think about it. - Website Blocking: Block distracting websites alongside your apps. You can block specific domains, all websites at once, or enable adult content filtering, giving you full control over what you can and can't access during a session. - Emergency Overrides: Life happens. Flow includes a limited number of emergency overrides so you can regain access when you genuinely need to, without completely bypassing the system. Use them responsibly. - Personal Stats: Track your focus habits over time with detailed stats. See your daily, weekly, and all time focus time, your current streak, your best days, and how your output trends week over week. The more you use Flow, the clearer your patterns become. - Friends and Community Leaderboard: Add friends and compete on a shared leaderboard. See who's putting in the most focus time each week and use the accountability to push yourself further. YOUR PRIVACY All app blocking runs through Apple's Screen Time framework. Flow never sees which apps you use, what websites you visit, or how you spend your time. That data will always stay on your personal device. Flow is for anyone who's serious about reclaiming their time. Whether you're a student, a professional, or just someone who wants to be more present - the companion Flow Key gives you a tangible way to draw the line between distraction and focus. Welcome to your flow state.

Quick count: driver's license, car registration, car insurance, health insurance, passport, a certification or two, some memberships, a warranty. Now add your kids' documents. And your parents'. Any one of them is easy to remember. All of them together is not. That is the whole problem. Nobody forgets a passport because passports are hard. It was item eleven of fifteen, and nothing was keeping the list. DocDoc keeps the list, and reminds you while there is still time to do something about it. ONE LIST FOR EVERYONE YOU LOOK AFTER Add a profile for each person you track things for, and one for the car while you are at it. Profiles are free and unlimited, because the person who needs this app most is running a whole household. Reminders say who: "Emma's Passport expires in 90 days." EVERYTHING WITH A DATE, IN ONE PLACE Passports, licenses, registrations, insurance of every kind, professional licenses and certifications, visas, permits, memberships, warranties, inspections. If it expires, it goes on the list, sorted by what needs attention first. REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY REMIND Nudges 90, 30, and 7 days before anything expires, and again on the day itself. Passports get a 6 month heads up too, because many countries turn you away if your passport expires within six months of travel. Day-of reminders use Time Sensitive notifications so they are hard to miss. You choose the lead times and the time of day. Optional email reminders back you up on the days your phone is off. SCAN THE DATE, SKIP THE TYPING Point the camera at a passport or license and DocDoc reads the expiration date on your device. Passport dates are verified with the check digits built into the passport itself. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your documents are never uploaded to us. Scanning happens on your phone, and the photo is saved with your document, encrypted, deletable any time. No analytics, no ads, no tracking. Email reminders are optional: turn them on and DocDoc creates an account with Sign in with Apple, storing only your email address and the reminder details it needs to send. Delete it in Settings whenever you like, and everything we stored goes with it. BUILT FOR REAL RENEWALS Mark a document renewed and the old date moves to history. Recurring documents roll forward automatically. Widgets put your next expiration on your home screen and lock screen. Attach receipts, photos, or PDFs, stored on your device and your own iCloud, never on our servers. Lock the whole app with Face ID. DATES IN YOUR OWN CALENDAR Turn on the Hebrew, Islamic, Persian, Indian, Buddhist, Chinese, Japanese or Ethiopic calendar and enter a date the way you actually know it. A yearly repeat advances by one year of that calendar, so a yahrzeit or an annual observance stays on its own date while the Gregorian one moves. Reminders always fire on the Gregorian date. FREE AND PRO Free includes 5 documents, unlimited profiles, reminders, scanning, widgets and iCloud sync. DocDoc Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the document limit, with a 7 day free trial on the yearly plan. Or invite three friends and get six months of Pro free, no payment needed. DocDoc is made by one independent developer who got tired of expired documents. No venture capital, no growth team, no reason to collect your data. The next renewal is already on its way. Put it on the list. DocDoc Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
