LiftLevel is a strength calculator designed to answer two common questions lifters ask: how strong am I, and how much should I lift? By entering the weight and reps you lift, LiftLevel instantly calculates your estimated one-rep max, strength level, and how you compare to others. LiftLevel shows real strength standards for major lifts including bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. Your results are classified into clear strength levels such as beginner, intermediate, advanced, or elite, helping you understand whether your lift is actually good for your bodyweight. In addition to strength levels, LiftLevel provides percentile comparisons so you can see how you rank against other lifters your size. For example, you might see that you are stronger than 62 percent of lifters at your bodyweight. This makes strength comparisons simple and easy to understand at a glance. LiftLevel also answers the question of what weight you should lift today. Based on your estimated max, the app recommends appropriate weights for light training days, working sets, and heavy attempts. This removes guesswork and helps you choose the right weight in the gym. The app is built for fast use between sets, with large readable text and instant results. There are no accounts, no workout tracking, and no training programs. LiftLevel is not a fitness social app or a workout planner. It focuses on one thing: helping you understand your strength and choose the right weight to lift. LiftLevel is ideal for beginners learning strength standards, experienced lifters checking progress, and athletes who want quick answers without complicated features. If you have ever searched for how much should I lift, how strong am I, strength standards, bench press standards, squat standards, deadlift standards, or a one rep max calculator, LiftLevel was built for you. Understand your strength. Lift with confidence.

About

Capazity

Capazity is strength training software for people who actually lift. Strongman, powerlifting, grip, bodybuilding, general fitness β€” the exercise library, the logger, the programs and the records cover them all. Every screen was designed deliberately, for the way training actually happens. β€” AI COACH β€” A coach that understands the iron. Chat with an AI that can read your program, build one from scratch, swap exercises, deload a week, or explain technique in plain language. It remembers your preferences and adapts as you grow. β€” PERSONAL RECORDS β€” PRs at every rep range, not just one. Track your best lifts across 1, 2–4, 5–7, 8–12, and 13+ reps for every exercise and every muscle group. See real strength progress at every intensity, the way serious lifters actually train. β€” FRIENDS & LEADERBOARDS β€” Train with your circle. Compete on the bar. Add friends, compare lifts side by sideβ€”who's strongest where, and who's about to add weight next week. β€” DIRECT MESSAGING β€” Chat with your friends, coaches, and clients inside the app. Talk through form cues, coordinate training, share what just happened on the platform. Comment on their shared sessions. Block and report any unwanted contact with one tap. β€” SHARE PROGRAMS & SESSIONS β€” Capazity isn't just for solo lifters. Send any template or finished session to a coach, a client, or a training partner with a single tap. They get the full program β€” exercises, sets, RPE, the lot β€” ready to run. β€’ Coaches β†’ Clients: Build a program once, push it to every athlete. It shows up in their app instantly β€” no PDFs, no spreadsheets, no WhatsApp screenshots. β€’ Training Partners: Just hit a brutal session? Share it β€” every set, rep, and weight. Receipts, not bragging. β€’ Friends & Communities: Found a template that works? Send it. They get a clean copy they can follow, edit, or remix. β€” LIVE SESSION LOGGING β€” Log reps, weight, and RPE as you lift. AMRAP, time-based, and distance-based sets supported. The session timer runs while you train. Follow the plan or run an ad-hoc session β€” either way, every set is logged. Volume, frequency, and intensity, at a glance. β€” STRONGMAN & GRIP CATALOG β€” Farmer's walks, yoke carries, atlas stones, axle deadlifts, rolling handles, hub lifts, blob lifts, grippers β€” over 200 specialized exercises you won't find anywhere else. Plus a full library across Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Olympic Lifting, Athletic Performance, and General Fitness. β€” WORKS OFFLINE β€” Train where the signal dies.
