Build a dry-day streak on the calendar, log every drink in seconds, and keep a clear record of how you drink. Wondering when last night's drinks may clear? Alc.Note is an alcohol tracker and drink log that turns your drinks, ABV, body weight, and drinking time into a sober-time estimate. Track pure alcohol, dry days, sleep, stress, and long-term drinking patterns without guilt. β–  What You Can Do with Alc.Note Quick Drink Logging Pick Beer, Highball, Wine, or another drink. Typical volume and ABV are filled in automatically, so each log takes fewer taps. Pure Alcohol Calculation See grams of pure alcohol instead of only counting drinks. Clear colors and meters help you notice when today is moderate, heavy, or above your usual range. Dry-Day Calendar View drink days, lighter days, and dry days on a simple calendar. Spot monthly patterns and the weekdays when you tend to drink more. Sober-Time Estimate "When will it clear?" Based on your body weight and intake, Alc.Note estimates when alcohol may clear from your system. Use it as a reference for planning tomorrow, not as a driving decision. Sleep and Stress Reflection Connect Apple Health sleep data and compare your own records across drink days and dry days. Alc.Note shows trends from your logs, not medical conclusions. β–  Pro Features Sleep x Alcohol Comparison Compare sleep time and condition on drink days vs. dry days, based on your own records. *Yesterday's analysis is available for free. Long-Term Trends Review monthly alcohol intake, dry-day rhythm, spending estimates, and longer patterns over time. CSV/PDF Export Export your logs as CSV or PDF reports for personal review or to prepare for a health checkup conversation. β–  Recommended For β€’ People who want to cut back on drinking β€’ People trying to build dry days β€’ Anyone who wants to understand pure alcohol intake β€’ People reviewing hangovers and drinking habits β€’ Apple Watch users who track sleep β€’ Anyone who wants a calm alcohol journal without ad-heavy clutter Disclaimer The sober-time estimate in this app is a theoretical estimate based on the Widmark formula. "Just two drinks tonight." Ever set that limit, only to drink more than you planned? Hodohodo Shudo is a gamified drink tracker that helps you log drinks while keeping your own "Moderation Target" in mind. A pixel art character changes in real time as you log drinks. Earn XP and collect titles by staying within your target, making cutting back fun and manageable. β–  Log Drinks with a Tap Tap "Start Party," then tap each drink as you go. Seven options are available: beer, sake, wine, highball, sour, shochu, and water/non-alcoholic drinks. Times are recorded automatically, and mistakes can be deleted on the spot. β–  A Pixel Character Shows Your Status Your character's appearance and animations change with your drink count. Happy when sober, wobbly after a few drinks, and eventually collapsing... See your drinking status at a glance. β–  Messages from Your Sober Self Each alcoholic drink brings up a message written by your sober self. "Didn't you say you had an early start tomorrow?" Customize messages for your future tipsy self. A timely nudge to slow down. β–  Build a Water Break Habit With "One Drink, One Break," after your chosen drink count, logging each alcoholic drink locks the next one until you log water or a non-alcoholic drink. Choose a starting point from 1–10 drinks, or turn the feature off. β–  Party Reminders Enable reminders to receive notifications at your chosen interval after starting a party. Avoid forgetting to end your session and finish your log. β–  Earn XP and Collect Titles Log a drink and end your session to earn a 5 XP recording bonus. Stay below your target for an extra 3 XP, or meet it exactly for an extra 1 XP. Earn up to 8 XP per day. If any session that day exceeds its target, no moderation bonus applies for that day. Unlock titles as your total XP grows, and collect them with the date earned. Once earned, titles are yours to keep. Check your current position and progress toward your next title. β–  Look Back at Your History Browse your sessions by month. Review your success rate, average drink count, most frequently logged drinks, and estimated savings from drinking less than your target. Explore your drinking patterns through the calendar and individual session records. β–  Share Results and Titles Share session results and earned titles as images featuring pixel art. Preview the image and text before sharing. β–  Customize Your Drinks with Pro With a paid Hodohodo Shudo Pro subscription, add and edit drinks with your choice of name, icon, volume, and alcohol content. Reorder, show, hide, or delete drinks. Core drink tracking, titles, and history remain free. β–  Japanese and English Switch between Japanese and English anytime in Settings. β–  Privacy Matters No login required. Drink records, settings, and earned titles are stored on your device. We collect usage statistics and crash reports to improve the app, and send information needed for purchase management and support inquiries to external services. β–  For Anyone Who Wants To β€’ Avoid that "I drank too much..." regret β€’ Make cutting back feel natural and enjoyable β€’ Track drink counts and reflect on habits β€’ Take a game-like approach to drinking less β–  Terms & Privacy Policy Terms: https://hiyoko.app/en/apps/hodohodo-shudo/terms Privacy Policy: https://hiyoko.app/en/apps/hodohodo-shudo/privacy This app does not encourage alcohol consumption.
