Kuta tells you what to set on your treadmill and when: the speed, the incline, and a voice cue at every change, over your own music. 37 ready sessions for running, incline walking, walk-jog and walking pads, including the 12-3-30, Japanese walking and the Norwegian 4x4. Or describe a session and Kuta drafts it. 37 PRESETS, FREE FOREVER - 12-3-30 viral treadmill walk - 30/30 VO2max intervals - Norwegian 4x4, 10x3, 5x6 and 3x10 threshold sessions - Tempo run, cruise intervals, threshold stacker - Hill power sprints, Kenyan hills, rolling hills - 400m, 800m and mile repeats - Incline walks, plus three flat walks for a walking pad, up to 6 km/h (3.7 mph): Japanese walking, Power Walk 1:1, Walking Pad 30 - Walk-jog sessions, beginner intervals, recovery runs EXACT SPEED CUES Kuta speaks every speed change out loud. Voice cues mix on top of Spotify and Apple Music at full volume. No ducking, no pausing, no awkward audio handoff. You hear the speed, you change the treadmill, you keep running. DESCRIBE A WORKOUT Type something like "30-minute threshold run with 4 hill repeats", "4x4 min with 3 min jog recovery" or "easy 40 minutes with some strides", and Kuta drafts a full warmup, main set, recoveries and cooldown using your paces. The draft shows how it read your words, so you can see what it assumed. Review it, adjust it, then save or start it. Drafting is free to try on every iPhone. Keeping and running drafts is part of Kuta Pro. ON-DEVICE AND PRIVATE Workouts are drafted on your iPhone using Apple Foundation Models when Apple Intelligence is available, and by Kuta's own on-device planner when it is not. No cloud. No account. No prompt history sent anywhere. REAL TREADMILL DISTANCE Distance is calculated from the speed and time you actually ran. No GPS guesses. Standing rests, distance intervals and mixed sessions all show accurate totals. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN A Live Activity shows the current interval and the countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can glance down without unlocking. PACE PROFILE Set your marathon, half marathon, threshold, 10K and 5K paces once. Every running preset and every draft uses them. Change a pace and your workouts follow. PROGRESS, HEALTH AND STRAVA See your weekly volume, pace trend and personal records. Turn on Apple Health sync to save each run or walk in Health. Every finished run also produces a Strava-ready description with the interval structure, distance, incline and recovery style. REPEAT ANY WORKOUT Tap a recent workout on the home screen to see the full breakdown, then repeat it with one tap. Drafted workouts repeat exactly, interval for interval. TREADMILL 5K BUILDER A 4-week plan, three sessions a week, for someone who can walk for 30 minutes but can't run that long yet. It starts with one minute of jogging at a time and ends with 30 minutes of easy running and a first set of easy intervals. Kuta tells you the speed to set for every walk and jog. Week 1 is free. Weeks 2 to 4 are part of Kuta Pro. KUTA PRO Choose Yearly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or Lifetime, paid once. If you already bought Kuta Pro, it is still yours. Pro unlocks: - Keeping and starting drafted workouts - Weeks 2 to 4 of the Treadmill 5K builder - Unlimited custom workouts - Unlimited favorites - Your full workout history The 37 presets stay free forever. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ PRIVACY Kuta keeps everything on your iPhone. No account. No analytics. No tracking. No cloud sync. No third-party SDKs that collect data. Apple Health sync is off unless you turn it on, and Kuta only writes to Health, never reads from it. Export your data as a file whenever you like. Built by a runner. Tested in real treadmill sessions.

About

Treadmill Timer

Features

Make walking and running intervals easy to follow. Treadmill Timer combines a clear countdown, an animated athlete and moving nature panoramas to help you stay focused on your session. SET YOUR OWN ROUTINE Choose a preset or set your walking time, running time, rounds and cool down. Add a warm-up once at the start, adjust its duration or skip it when you are ready. HEAR WHAT COMES NEXT Recorded English cues announce the next phase at 13 seconds remaining, followed by a spoken countdown from ten to zero. Pause, resume or mute the cues whenever you need. Keep the app open during your workout for voice coaching; the screen stays awake while your session is active. KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR EFFORT Completed sessions appear in your workout calendar. Enter the distance shown on your treadmill and, if you wish, the running portion of that distance. Add your weight for estimated calories. You can edit these details later in your history. GIVE DISTANCE A DESTINATION Choose a starting city and a destination for a virtual journey. Each logged kilometer brings you closer along an approximate straight-line map. See milestones and distance remaining, count all kilometers or running only, and choose whether past workouts give you a head start. Workout history and journey goals are saved on your device. No account or GPS tracking is required. The timer, voice recordings and saved journey map work offline; searching for additional cities needs an internet connection. Distance is entered manually. Calories are estimates based on your entries and workout information. The virtual journey is for motivation and does not show a road route.
