TempoReps paces every rep and runs the blocks of your strength or HIIT workout in order. Lower for 3 seconds. Lift for 2. With TEMPO, set all 4 movement phases, your sets and your reps. Follow the current phase on screen and let the timer count your rest between sets. • TEMPO: follow a 3-0-2-0 rep or set your own pace. • MIX: run an EMOM followed by Tabata in one circuit. • EMOM, TABATA, AMRAP and For Time: pick your workout format. • Rest, Stopwatch and Mirror: time a break, an effort or a rest matched to your effort. • Name your workouts and reuse their settings next session. The free version includes two saved configurations across all eight configurable modes, MIX circuits with up to two blocks, and the last seven days of workout history. Stopwatch has no configuration to save. All nine modes and the Apple Watch app remain free, without a session limit, account or ads. Pro includes up to 20 saved configurations, unlimited MIX blocks, full workout history, statistics and training streaks with one rest day allowed. Set reminders for a saved timer and optionally save workouts to Apple Health after granting permission. Previously acquired access is preserved.
