You know what to do. The hard part is doing it every day, for years. You log your meals, your lifts, your sleep, and your steps. A coach in Leanos reads everything you put in. When the numbers shift, it points it out. When you show up, it notices that too. WHAT YOU LOG Meals. Take a photo of your plate. The app reads the photo and returns a calorie number. You see the number against your daily target. Eyeball estimates are off by about a quarter for most people. The photo version is closer to true. Lifts. On training days, log your sets. You pick three to five lifts to follow over time. The coach watches the numbers and tells you what they're saying. Sleep. Each morning, log what you got. Hours, quality, anything weird. Steps. Your phone already counts them. Leanos reads the count from Apple's Health app and shows it against the daily floor you picked at install. Body. Take a check-in photo every week or two. Photos show what the scale can't. The scale moves for water, sodium, and bowel reasons, none of which are fat loss. WHAT THE COACH DOES The coach reads everything above, plus your chat history. It reads them together, not separately. Most fitness apps look at one of these things. The Leanos coach reads across all of them. It has a point of view. It knows why each habit works inside the body. Why a morning walk in bright light lines up the body clock that puts you to sleep at night. Why deep sleep is when muscle actually gets built back. Why a calorie deficit without enough protein takes the muscle along with the fat. It remembers. Six months in, it knows your pattern in March, in June, in November. Two years in, it knows what worked for you before. WHAT YOU COMMIT TO At install, you write down a short list. Things you'll do. Things you won't. You write the list, not the app. The coach holds you to your own list. Most apps don't ask for any commitment. They track and stay silent. You set the rules, you break the rules, and nothing happens. Leanos doesn't work that way. WHY IT WORKS The hard part of getting lean isn't the knowledge. The information has been everywhere for years. The hard part is doing the daily things on a Tuesday in February when nobody is watching. The coach is the someone. Knowing the coach reads what you log is what makes you log. Logging is what makes the habits stay real. The habits are what change the body. WHO IT'S FOR You've tried before and you're tired of starting over. Or you've never tried and you want a sober starting point. You want a coach that pays attention, not an app that hands out gold stars. WHO IT'S NOT FOR You're trying to gain weight. You're a competitive bodybuilder. You're in the middle of a mental-health crisis. You want a tracker that doesn't push back when you slack. ON YOUR DEVICE Most of your data lives on your phone. No account to sign up for. No email to give. Plate photos, body photos, lifts, weight, chat history all stay on the device. The coach sends your chat messages to Anthropic's servers to generate the replies. That's the one external service. The app asks for your consent before sending anything. WHAT IT COSTS Leanos Pro. 149 dollars a year, with a 14-day free trial. Or 19.99 dollars a month. Subscription renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Apple ID subscriptions in iPhone Settings.
