Ruck Work Tracker is your go-to app for logging, tracking, and improving your rucking workouts. Whether you're new to rucking or a seasoned veteran, this app helps you measure your effort and see your progress over time. WHAT IS RUCKING? Rucking is simply walking with weight on your back. It's one of the most effective full-body workouts you can do — burning more calories than walking alone while building strength and endurance. THREE WORKOUT MODES Start Ruck Track your rucks with real-time GPS or enter distance manually. Add your ruck weight plus optional extra credit items like a sandbag, jerry can, or CMU. See your distance, pace, and route on a map as you go. Start Workout Log ruck-based exercises like squats, thrusters, overhead presses, lunges, rows, and more. Track reps or timed holds. Ruck lunges earn double credit for the extra effort. Distance Challenge Set a target distance and try to beat your personal best time. Track your PRs across 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 mile distances or set a custom goal. MEASURE YOUR EFFORT Ruck Work Tracker calculates two key metrics to quantify your effort: Ruck Work Units (RWU) — A measure of total work combining weight carried, distance covered, and exercises completed. Ruck Tons — Total weight carried across all workouts divided by 2000, showing how much cumulative weight you've moved. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS View your workout history with detailed stats for every session. See weekly trends, all-time totals, and personal records. Charts show your progress over time for RWU, Ruck Tons, and distance. FEATURES - GPS route tracking with real-time map display - Manual distance entry option - 12+ ruck exercises with rep and time tracking - Personal best tracking for distance challenges - Daily, weekly, and all-time statistics - Customizable default weights for ruck and accessories - Weight units in pounds or kilograms - Distance units in miles or kilometers - Quick add reps customization - Cloud-synced workout data RWT PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) The app is completely free for daily use. About

Rucking Tracker

Loadline is a rucking tracker built around one number: what is on your back. Every other fitness app treats a loaded march as a walk. Loadline uses the Pandolf load-carriage equation, the standard for military load research, so calories reflect your body weight, your pack weight, your speed, the grade and the ground. A 35 lb ruck up a gravel hill is not a stroll, and your numbers should say so. • The load gauge. Your current pack as a share of body weight, always on screen, with the 10–20 % band most people train in marked on the rail. • The load ladder. Where you are and what the next step up weighs, so progression is a decision rather than a guess. • Presets and gear. Build packs from plates, rucksacks and water; pick one and Start. • Live tracking from iPhone or Apple Watch, with auto-pause that waits for you to actually stop, mile or kilometre splits, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island, and spoken splits if you want them. • A route you can move. Every ruck ends with an interactive Apple Maps route, an elevation strip and a summary built for a glance. • Apple Health. Each ruck is saved as a Hiking workout with Loadline's calories and your pack weight in the workout's metadata, so Health and your rings see the load. • Import a GPX file or an existing Health workout and log the weight after the fact. • Weekly recap, standards to project your pace against, a share card with an optional privacy zone, CSV export. Local-first. No account, no analytics, no tracking. Your routes never leave your phone unless you share them. Calories are estimates. Loadline is not medical advice. Start near 10 % of body weight and add load slowly. Loadline Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple Account; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Manage or cancel it in Settings. Terms of Use: https://synap1e.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://synap1e.com/loadline/privacy
