Ruck Work Tracker is your go-to app for logging, tracking, and improving your rucking workouts. Whether you're new to rucking or a seasoned veteran, this app helps you measure your effort and see your progress over time. WHAT IS RUCKING? Rucking is simply walking with weight on your back. It's one of the most effective full-body workouts you can do — burning more calories than walking alone while building strength and endurance. THREE WORKOUT MODES Start Ruck Track your rucks with real-time GPS or enter distance manually. Add your ruck weight plus optional extra credit items like a sandbag, jerry can, or CMU. See your distance, pace, and route on a map as you go. Start Workout Log ruck-based exercises like squats, thrusters, overhead presses, lunges, rows, and more. Track reps or timed holds. Ruck lunges earn double credit for the extra effort. Distance Challenge Set a target distance and try to beat your personal best time. Track your PRs across 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 mile distances or set a custom goal. MEASURE YOUR EFFORT Ruck Work Tracker calculates two key metrics to quantify your effort: Ruck Work Units (RWU) — A measure of total work combining weight carried, distance covered, and exercises completed. Ruck Tons — Total weight carried across all workouts divided by 2000, showing how much cumulative weight you've moved. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS View your workout history with detailed stats for every session. See weekly trends, all-time totals, and personal records. Charts show your progress over time for RWU, Ruck Tons, and distance. FEATURES - GPS route tracking with real-time map display - Manual distance entry option - 12+ ruck exercises with rep and time tracking - Personal best tracking for distance challenges - Daily, weekly, and all-time statistics - Customizable default weights for ruck and accessories - Weight units in pounds or kilograms - Distance units in miles or kilometers - Quick add reps customization - Cloud-synced workout data RWT PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) The app is completely free for daily use. All workout tracking features work without a subscription. RWT Pro unlocks unlimited workout history — free users can access the last 7 days of data. - Monthly: $4.99/month - Annual: $49.99/year (save 17%) Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Read full description

Whether you use a weighted vest, ruck pack, or other weighted wearables, Weightpace helps you measure your performance and track your progress over time. Enter the weight you carry, start moving, and see your distance, time, pace, steps, elevation gain, weight moved, and Weightpace in one place. WHAT IS WEIGHTPACE? Speed describes how fast you move. Pace describes how long each mile or kilometer takes. Weightpace accounts for the external load you carry. Load × Distance ÷ Time = Weightpace The result is shown as WP. TRACK YOUR ACTIVITIES Set your load and track distance, time, pace, steps, and elevation gain while WP is calculated in real time. See your weight moved, calculated as load multiplied by distance. BUILD YOUR BENCHMARK Use your first activity with added weight as a starting point, then follow changes in your performance over time. FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS Review saved activities, personal records, weekly performance, and your WP and pace records by weight. COMPLETE TRAINING PROGRAMS Choose a distance-based training program, complete each day, and track your program history. SHARE YOUR RESULTS Create share cards for activities, personal records, benchmarks, and completed programs. Choose a photo or take one directly in the app, then combine it with your stats to create a personalized performance card. USE YOUR PREFERRED UNITS Enter load in pounds or kilograms and view distance in miles or kilometers. Weightpace converts units before calculating WP. The same WP does not mean the same effort. Distance, duration, hills, and terrain affect an activity’s demands. Choose a load and activity appropriate for your experience and ability.
