FundraiseHub connects participants and coaches with fundraisers managed by their organization. Participants can switch among current fundraisers, see personal and team progress, review activity and leaderboards, manage one account profile photo, and share their public donation page through native Messages or the iOS share sheet. Completed fundraisers move to a read-only archive. Call-a-Thon helps participants organize outreach. Select multiple people with the system contact picker, add contacts manually, or reuse contacts from another fundraiser. Only the selected name, phone number, and email address are reviewed and saved. Participants can call, text, email, record outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and honor Do Not Contact choices across fundraisers. Coaches can switch among assigned active and archived fundraisers, monitor team and participant progress, set team goals, share participant pages, create controlled invitation links and printable QR invitations, and schedule or run live Call-a-Thon sessions with timers, controls, live statistics, and leaderboards. Contact details and outreach outcomes are private and are not shown to other participants or mobile coaches. Authorized organization administrators can access contact reporting. An existing FundraiseHub participant or coach account is required. Sign-in uses an email verification code. The app does not provide organization administration, fundraiser creation, native payment checkout, or offline use. Account settings include notification preferences, privacy information, sign out, and in-app account deletion.

About

Bookpluto

Features

Bookpluto is the operations console for home-service and field-service companies โ€” HVAC, mini-split, plumbing, electrical, and trades that run on bookings, crews, and on-site work. It is a business tool for company staff (administrators, managers, and specialists), not a consumer marketplace. Run your whole operation from one place: BOOKINGS & SCHEDULING - See every job on a live board, organized by status and location. - Open a booking to view the customer, service details, address, notes, and attached job-site photos. - Manage your schedule, block out unavailable time, and keep the calendar accurate across the team. DISPATCH & CREW MANAGEMENT - Assign installers and helpers to jobs and keep everyone on the same page. - Manage your team and roles, set availability, and route work by ZIP and service vertical. - A focused home screen for field staff shows specialists exactly the jobs assigned to them. CUSTOMERS - Keep a clean customer record: contact details, service address, and history in one view. - Attach photos, notes, and checklists so the next person on the job has full context. - Capture consultation sign-offs and keep an audit trail of what was agreed. PAYMENTS & PAYOUTS (STRIPE) - Collect payment for completed jobs through Stripe Checkout โ€” card details are handled by Stripe and never touch your servers. - Onboard your company and your crew to Stripe Connect to receive payouts for finished work. - Review and approve worker payouts, with clear expected-earnings breakdowns per job. OFFERS, PRODUCTS & COMMUNICATION - Build offers and quotes, manage your product catalog, and send the right information to customers. - Keep an inbox and message threads tied to each job so nothing gets lost. - Email templates and activity history keep customer communication consistent. INSIGHTS - A dashboard and pulse view give you the numbers that matter: what's booked, what's in progress, and what's done. - Notifications and an audit feed keep the whole team aware of changes in real time. BUILT FOR TEAMS - Multi-company support: switch between locations or businesses you manage. - Role-based access so each person sees only what they should. - Push notifications keep field staff and office staff in sync. Bookpluto requires an account with a participating company. It is designed for the people who run the business โ€” owners, dispatchers, office managers, and field technicians.
