FundraiseHub connects participants and coaches with fundraisers managed by their organization. Participants can switch among current fundraisers, see personal and team progress, review activity and leaderboards, manage one account profile photo, and share their public donation page through native Messages or the iOS share sheet. Completed fundraisers move to a read-only archive. Call-a-Thon helps participants organize outreach. Select multiple people with the system contact picker, add contacts manually, or reuse contacts from another fundraiser. Only the selected name, phone number, and email address are reviewed and saved. Participants can call, text, email, record outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and honor Do Not Contact choices across fundraisers. Coaches can switch among assigned active and archived fundraisers, monitor team and participant progress, set team goals, share participant pages, create controlled invitation links and printable QR invitations, and schedule or run live Call-a-Thon sessions with timers, controls, live statistics, and leaderboards. Contact details and outreach outcomes are private and are not shown to other participants or mobile coaches. Authorized organization administrators can access contact reporting. An existing FundraiseHub participant or coach account is required. Sign-in uses an email verification code. The app does not provide organization administration, fundraiser creation, native payment checkout, or offline use. Account settings include notification preferences, privacy information, sign out, and in-app account deletion.
