rEMDR brings bilateral stimulation tools to your phone, supporting EMDR therapy practice between sessions or as a standalone self-help resource. Six therapeutic tools, each grounded in research: - Eye Movement: Guided visual tracking based on the horizontal saccades used in clinical EMDR - Bilateral Audio: Alternating left-right sounds for auditory bilateral stimulation - Haptic Pulse: Tactile bilateral pulses for somatic grounding - Body Scan: Systematic body awareness exercises to release stored tension - Breath Guide: Structured breathing patterns for nervous system regulation - Color Flow: Visual bilateral stimulation through flowing color Guided Programs Follow multi-week therapeutic protocols designed around specific goals like stress relief, sleep preparation, and anxiety management. Each program builds progressively, combining different tools with clinical guidance. Track Your Progress Monitor your healing journey with built-in distress tracking (SUD scale), mood trends, session streaks, and milestone badges. Set therapeutic goals and see your progress over time. Personalize Your Practice Choose from multiple patterns, speeds, and session durations for each tool. Configure sessions to match your comfort level and therapeutic needs. Important: rEMDR is a self-help tool and is not a replacement for professional EMDR therapy with a licensed clinician.
