Rostr vs SpanRota

Rostr is the simplest way for teams to share work rosters. Built for shift workers, retail staff, healthcare professionals, hospitality crews, and anyone whose schedule changes week to week. If your manager messages a screenshot of next month's roster in the group chat, Rostr is for you. SMART ROSTER SCAN Take a screenshot of your printed or texted roster. Rostr reads it with AI and auto-fills your calendar. No typing, no copy-paste. Works with most common roster formats. WAGES CALCULATOR Calculate your earnings: hourly rate, overtime, weekend and public holiday differentials. Know your take-home before payday. SHIFT SWAPS Need someone to cover a Saturday? Post a swap on the community wall. The first teammate to accept gets it. No more endless message threads. END-TO-END ENCRYPTED CHAT Direct messages and group chats are encrypted on your device. Even Rostr cannot read them. Voice notes, photos, and replies are all secured.
