Rostr vs SpanRota

Rostr is the simplest way for teams to share work rosters. Built for shift workers, retail staff, healthcare professionals, hospitality crews, and anyone whose schedule changes week to week. If your manager messages a screenshot of next month's roster in the group chat, Rostr is for you. SMART ROSTER SCAN Take a screenshot of your printed or texted roster. Rostr reads it with AI and auto-fills your calendar. No typing, no copy-paste. Works with most common roster formats. SHARED CALENDAR Create a group, invite friends and coworkers, and see everyone's schedule on one color-coded calendar. Monthly and weekly views, light and dark mode. WAGES CALCULATOR Calculate your earnings: hourly rate, overtime, weekend and public holiday differentials. Know your take-home before payday. SHIFT SWAPS Need someone to cover a Saturday? Post a swap on the community wall. The first teammate to accept gets it. No more endless message threads. END-TO-END ENCRYPTED CHAT Direct messages and group chats are encrypted on your device. Even Rostr cannot read them. Voice notes, photos, and replies are all secured. COMMUNITY WALL - Text posts with photos - Polls for team decisions - Shift swap board - Lost and found notices - Likes, comments, reactions SMART NOTIFICATIONS Get notified about shift changes, group announcements, mentions, swap acceptances, and new posts. Quiet when you are off the clock. MULTI-LANGUAGE Available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. FREE WITH OPTIONAL PRO SUBSCRIPTION Rostr is free to use and supported by ads. Subscribe to Rostr Pro (monthly or yearly) to remove ads and unlock unlimited roster scans, unlimited groups, and instant wages calculations. Auto-renewing - cancel anytime in App Store. PRIVACY Rostr never sells your data. Roster screenshots used for AI scanning are processed securely and discarded after extraction.
