Stop guessing your triggers. Start predicting them. Living with migraines is chaos. Tracking them shouldn't be. Haven is the intelligent companion designed to help you find calm in the storm. We combine a photophobia-friendly Attack Mode with powerful AI Trigger Discovery to reveal the hidden patterns behind your painβ€”hormones, weather, sleep, and more. WHY HAVEN IS DIFFERENT: Most apps feel like spreadsheets. Haven feels like relief. It’s designed for the moment you are in pain (dark, simple, 1-tap) and the moment you are well (insightful, proactive). KEY FEATURES: 1-Tap Attack Mode Designed for photophobia. A pitch-black OLED interface with massive buttons lets you log an attack in seconds without hurting your eyes. AI Trigger Discovery Our engine analyzes 37+ factors (sleep, weather, food, stress) to find your personal triggers. Trigger Map: See what increases your risk. Protector Map: Discover habits that keep you pain-free. Cycle Syncing & Hormones 60% of migraines are hormonal. Haven automatically correlates your attacks with your menstrual cycle phases (Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal) to predict hormonal peaks. Sage: Your AI Companion Chat with Sage to understand your data. "How does rain affect my migraines?" or "Show me my medication usage." Sage observes patterns and asks the right questionsβ€”never prescribing, just guiding. METICULOUS TRACKING: Weather & Barometer: Auto-alerts when pressure drops significantly. 8-Zone Head Map: Log exact pain locations (behind eyes, neck, temples). Smart Prodrome: Track early warning signs like yawning or cravings. Doctor Reports: Generate PDF reports with your MIDAS score for your neurologist. About

MigrainePulse Tracker

Features

MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes. Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record. The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day. All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as β€œWeather front β€’ 3 of 6 tagged entries.” Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review. No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings. The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.
