NAGGR - The ADHD Planner That Nags You Back Naggr is a productivity and reminder app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have questions about ADHD or your health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Naggr is not a substitute for professional care. WHY PEOPLE USE NAGGR Most planners wait for you to open them. Naggr comes to you. It sends reminders when it is time to start, checks in when you go quiet, and keeps the daily list short on purpose. - A short daily list: three things, not fifty - Proactive reminders that arrive before you forget, not after - A "Stuck?" button that helps you write down what is blocking you and break it into a first step - Finishing two of three counts as a good day - Go quiet for a few days and Naggr checks back in, without guilt - An evening wind-down with a mood note and one task set up for tomorrow HOW IT WORKS Each morning, pick up to three things. Give each one a rough time. Naggr reminds you when the moment arrives, and again if the day gets away from you. In the evening, close the day and line up tomorrow. FEATURES - Daily planner with time estimates - Reminder notifications through the day - Brain Dump: type or speak a messy list and get it sorted into today and later - AI help when you cannot start - Focus timer with optional background sound - Progress history and streaks - A pet that levels up as you finish things FREE AND PRO Free includes: - 3 things a day, plus 2 more by watching an optional video - 1 AI coaching session a day - 3 Brain Dumps a day - 7 days of history - Ads Pro includes: - 5 things a day - No ads - Unlimited AI coaching and Brain Dumps - 30 days of history - All coaching tones and focus timer lengths - Unlimited bridge tasks and double pet XP BUILT WITH ADHD IN MIND Naggr was built by someone with ADHD, for people who have bounced off other planners. The design choices, short lists, reminders that arrive first, and no penalty for a missed day, come from that experience. They are practical preferences, not clinical claims. About

Headwayflow

Features

Headwayflow is a daily planner for brains that experience time differently. Your day sits on one timeline, split into Now, Soon and Later. What's close is vivid and clear; what's further out is soft and blurred. Nothing to configure, and nothing keeping score. Timeline • Now, Soon and Later recalculate every minute, so there's nothing to sort by hand. • The Spotlight section holds one task at a time, with a gentle bar that shows when it's running long. • Size a task with one tap: quick, short, solid or deep. • Set today's energy to low, medium or high, and suggestions follow it. • When a gap opens, Headwayflow offers exactly one task that fits, and offers less on low-energy days. SAFETY NETS • Earlier section holds up to two things that slipped, so misses never pile up. • Containment Mode feature collapses the timeline on overloaded days. • Done Today counts what you finished today. FURTHER OUT • Someday tab act as a task backlog but keeps ideas one card at a time. Cards you don't touch archive themselves after 45 days. • Plan tab shows the weeks ahead as load, not a wall of task names. • Calendar sync brings in events from Google, Microsoft and iCloud calendars, with a heads-up buffer before each one. Plain, forward-looking language throughout. No streaks, no "overdue", no guilt. Headwayflow is a planning tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. SUBSCRIPTION Start with a 14-day free trial, then choose monthly or yearly for full access. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or when you confirm the purchase if you're not eligible for the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
