You look up and forty minutes are gone. Or you're certain you worked for an hour when twelve minutes went by. Losing your grip on time has a name, and it's one of the most exhausting parts of daily life when focus doesn't come easily. Most apps answer this with a timer that rings. Focus starts somewhere else: making you able to feel time yourself. START WITH TIME The first exercise, Time Blind, asks you to reproduce a duration with no reference at all — no clock, no countdown. You see the gap between the time you think passed and the time that actually did. It's uncomfortable the first time. It's also the most useful measurement you'll get about yourself. EIGHT MORE EXERCISES, EACH WITH A TARGET Keeping a rhythm with no cues, impulse control, acting fast or holding back, visual scanning, attention to detail, spatial memory, working memory, the ability to ignore what distracts. Each measures one specific thing, in two minutes. No filler, no decorative exercises. A FOCUS TIMER Simple, silent, with a notification when the session ends. Nothing more is needed to hold a session. YOUR DATA, NOT SLOGANS Focus will never claim your concentration is improving. It shows you your scores, your cumulative focus time, and the time of day your results are best. Measured facts, yours to interpret. This is deliberate: promises that don't hold up end up hurting the person who believed them. KID MODE A simplified interface with stars earned for every exercise completed, never lost. A parental gate protects purchases and settings. PRIVACY No data ever leaves your device. No account, no ads, no trackers. Everything stays stored locally, on your phone. Three exercises are free, no limits. Premium unlocks the six other exercises. The timer and your data stay free. Focus is a training and measurement tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for professional support. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERMS Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before any purchase and is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. About

Headwayflow

Features

Headwayflow is a daily planner for brains that experience time differently. Your day sits on one timeline, split into Now, Soon and Later. What's close is vivid and clear; what's further out is soft and blurred. Nothing to configure, and nothing keeping score. Timeline • Now, Soon and Later recalculate every minute, so there's nothing to sort by hand. • The Spotlight section holds one task at a time, with a gentle bar that shows when it's running long. • Size a task with one tap: quick, short, solid or deep. • Set today's energy to low, medium or high, and suggestions follow it. • When a gap opens, Headwayflow offers exactly one task that fits, and offers less on low-energy days. SAFETY NETS • Earlier section holds up to two things that slipped, so misses never pile up. • Containment Mode feature collapses the timeline on overloaded days. • Done Today counts what you finished today. FURTHER OUT • Someday tab act as a task backlog but keeps ideas one card at a time. Cards you don't touch archive themselves after 45 days. • Plan tab shows the weeks ahead as load, not a wall of task names. • Calendar sync brings in events from Google, Microsoft and iCloud calendars, with a heads-up buffer before each one. Plain, forward-looking language throughout. No streaks, no "overdue", no guilt. Headwayflow is a planning tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. SUBSCRIPTION Start with a 14-day free trial, then choose monthly or yearly for full access. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or when you confirm the purchase if you're not eligible for the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
