Parallel Rest Timer

I built this app because I was tired of overly complicated workout trackers. I didn't want to click through menus logging my reps, sets, and weight records just to finally start a simple rest timer. If you just want to start your workout and time your breaks, this is the app for you. It does exactly what it says: lets you start a workout session and run multiple rest timers at the same time, right from your wrist. What it does: - Closes your rings: It starts a real watchOS workout session, so your heart rate is tracked and your active calories count toward your Apple Health rings. - Phone-free: Works entirely on your Apple Watch so you can leave your phone in your locker or at home. - Concurrent timers: Run multiple break timers in parallel. - Not just for lifting: You can select different activity types, making it just as useful for running, HIIT, yoga, or any other workout outside the weight room. - 100% Private: This app maximizes your privacy. It doesn't even ask for internet access, requires no accounts, and does zero tracking. Your data never leaves your device. No fluff, no mandatory data entry, and no tracking. Just start your activity, and time your rests.
