30:21 is a habit tracker that does more than tick boxes: it runs you through a cycle — 21 days of action, then a week of reflection. HABITS • Create habits with your own icon, colour and schedule — by weekday or every N days. • Check them off with one tap, watch your streak and keep the chain unbroken. • Reminders at the time you choose. THE 30:21 SPRINT • 30 hours of energy over 21 days, split across three spheres: Drive (I do it even when I don't feel like it), Foundation (the daily basics) and Joy (I owe myself rest). • The energy ring shows where your hours go; the cycle map shows where you are. • Reflection week: what you did, what you didn't, why, and what you'll change. Save the summary as a PDF. • Carrot and stick: the reward for finishing the cycle and the price of quitting — both set by you. WATER • Glasses, a daily goal, reminders with quiet hours at night. STATISTICS • Streaks, perfect days, a six-month activity calendar, week-by-week trend. MEDITATION • Six nature sounds and a breathing circle: inhale — hold — exhale. CHALLENGES • Join shared challenges or create your own — it becomes a habit for the chosen number of days. • Free for everyone until December 1, 2026, to celebrate the iPhone launch. PREMIUM (subscription) • Unlimited habits (free plan: up to three). • Food scanner: photograph a meal or describe it in text to get calories, protein, fat and carbs. • Backdated check-ins, full statistics, the Katana theme. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
