CarpeCarb is a carb tracker that does the looking up for you. Type what you ate in plain words, like "two slices of sourdough" or "a turkey sandwich on wheat", and CarpeCarb finds the carbs, protein, fat, fiber and calories and adds them to today's log. KNOW WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM • Every food shows whether its numbers came from USDA FoodData Central, the web, or you. • Brand and chain foods are checked against USDA FoodData Central first. • If CarpeCarb can't find a reliable carb count, it says so and lets you enter it from the label. It never fills in a made-up 0 g. SEE YOUR DAY BY MEAL • Today's foods are grouped into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, each with its own carb total. • A running total with a progress bar toward your daily carb goal. • Optional daily goals for protein, fat, fiber and calories. • Pick the hour your day resets. LOG FAST, FIX EASILY • Your saved and recent foods sit right under the food field. Tap one to log it again. • Swipe a food to add it to Saved. • Change a logged food's serving, number of servings, time or meal, and your totals update. • Type a food and its carbs yourself whenever you like. • Clear the day from a menu, with Undo if you change your mind. • Say "Log food in CarpeCarb" to Siri, or ask "How many carbs today in CarpeCarb". • A Home Screen widget shows today's total. WORKS WITH YOUR APPLE DEVICES • Writes nutrition to Apple Health, and shows 30 days of history from it. • Keeps your log in sync between iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud. • Full VoiceOver support, large text, and light and dark themes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account and no sign-up. • No ads. • Apple Health data stays on your device. • Before your first lookup, CarpeCarb explains what food information is sent to look up nutrition, and asks for your OK. FREE TO USE Every feature is free, including 4 food lookups a day. CarpeCarb Premium removes the daily lookup limit for $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. CarpeCarb is for tracking and awareness. It doesn't give medical advice. Its numbers are estimates, so check the label when it matters.
