About

DayPush

Features

Build a daily movement habit one set at a time with DayPush. Create up to 20 named tabs for different exercises, routines, or household members. Each tab has its own daily goal, history, statistics, interface color, and completion symbol. Choose the goal that fits each routine: • Day of the year — match the target to the current day number. • Fixed — use the same target every day. • Increasing — start at your level and raise the goal by your chosen amount each day. Record each set in seconds with quick-add buttons or enter any positive amount. DayPush preserves every day’s original goal, so later settings changes do not rewrite history. See progress clearly: • independent list and calendar history for every tab; • daily completion and remaining reps; • total reps and weekly and monthly results; • current and best streaks; • completed days, average set, and largest set. Make progress feel visible without random rewards. Choose a star, trophy, heart, lightning bolt, or simple coin-style symbol for the deterministic goal-completion animation. An optional movement garden or starry sky fills gradually with today’s progress and starts fresh each day. Set local reminders independently for each activity, with selected weekdays, exact times, evenly spaced reminders, or reminders based on progress. Pause all reminders without losing schedules. Activities due at the same time are grouped into one notification. Reminders are queued up to a week ahead and refreshed when you open the app. Your data stays under your control. DayPush works offline, requires no account, includes no advertising or analytics, and stores activity data locally on your device. Export a JSON backup whenever you want and restore it after confirmation. Additional features: • English and Russian; • light, dark, and system themes; • no subscription or in-app purchases; • no internet connection required. DayPush is a general fitness and wellness tool and does not provide medical advice. Exercise at a level appropriate for you.
