Zolia: Efficient & Flexible Symptom Tracking Symptom trackers usually fall into two traps: they are either hyper-basic diaries that fail to capture real health complexities, or they require endless scrolling and menu-clicking, such that they aren't sustainable for consistent use. Zolia fixes this by giving you total control over the structure. It lets you organize your tracking however you want into custom sessions to eliminate wasted effort and repetitive tapping. You decide exactly what you want to track and how you want to track it. Core features: Customizable Sessions: Organize your tracking however you like. Create a morning session where you track your sleep and morning meds, a walk session where you track steps and how you felt, or anything else you can think of. Mix and match notes, symptoms, meds, ratings, factors, and more. Customize colors, emojis, and numeric ranges. Batch Log Medications: Use "Accept All Defaults" to log your standard medication protocol in a single tap, rather than tapping through every single item individually. You can also backfill specific date ranges if you need to catch up on past logs. Data Privacy & Free Exports: Your health data is stored entirely locally and never shared with external servers or LLMs. You can export your raw data via CSV or SQLite at any time for free, or set up optional automatic backups to your own private cloud storage. Data Analysis: The app looks for correlations across your history to help you find connections. Our Approach to Pricing: Basic logging, data entry, and data exporting on Zolia will always stay free. In the future, some analytics features will become part of a premium tier, but you will never be locked out of tracking or accessing your own daily data. Note: Zolia is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your doctor regarding your health.

MyLongPath was born from a personal story. When Long COVID hit our family, we faced the same reality as millions: scattered information, no structured way to track what helps, and the deep loneliness of a condition few people understand. So we built what we wished existed. MyLongPath is a free platform made for Long COVID patients, by a patient family. It helps you track your daily health, understand your patterns, and learn from the real-world experience of patients who share your profile. YOUR DAILY JOURNAL Log your energy, symptoms, sleep, and mood in under a minute. Track your medications with smart dosage memory. Watch your trends over weeks and months with clear, visual charts. FIND PATIENTS LIKE YOU Our matching algorithm connects you with anonymized patients who share your symptom profile, age, and treatment history. See what worked for them — treatments, pacing strategies, supplements — backed by real community data. TREATMENT INSIGHTS Every treatment on MyLongPath comes with honest community statistics: what percentage of similar patients found it helpful, how long before effects appeared, and what side effects were reported. No hype, just shared experience. PEM DETECTION & PACING Track your energy envelope and get alerts when you're at risk of post-exertional malaise. The pacing tools help you plan your days around your real capacity — not the one you wish you had. MEDICAL REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR Generate a structured PDF report with your symptom history, treatment timeline, and daily trends. Walk into your next appointment prepared, and help your doctor understand your journey at a glance. COMMUNITY FORUM A safe, moderated space organized by symptoms and treatments — not a chaotic feed. Share your experience, ask questions, and find support from people who truly get it. CAREGIVER MODE A loved one can help you log your journal on difficult days, with permissions you control entirely. VOICE JOURNAL Too exhausted to type? Dictate your journal entry. Our AI extracts the key data — energy, symptoms, mood — so you don't have to. PRIVACY FIRST Your health data stays in your region (France or Switzerland). We never sell your data. You control what's shared anonymously and can opt out anytime. MyLongPath is 100% free. No ads, no paywall, no hidden costs. We believe every Long COVID patient deserves these tools. You are not alone. Let's walk this path together.
