Zolia: Efficient & Flexible Symptom Tracking Symptom trackers usually fall into two traps: they are either hyper-basic diaries that fail to capture real health complexities, or they require endless scrolling and menu-clicking, such that they aren't sustainable for consistent use. Zolia fixes this by giving you total control over the structure. It lets you organize your tracking however you want into custom sessions to eliminate wasted effort and repetitive tapping. You decide exactly what you want to track and how you want to track it. Core features: Customizable Sessions: Organize your tracking however you like. Create a morning session where you track your sleep and morning meds, a walk session where you track steps and how you felt, or anything else you can think of. Mix and match notes, symptoms, meds, ratings, factors, and more. Customize colors, emojis, and numeric ranges. Batch Log Medications: Use "Accept All Defaults" to log your standard medication protocol in a single tap, rather than tapping through every single item individually. You can also backfill specific date ranges if you need to catch up on past logs. Data Privacy & Free Exports: Your health data is stored entirely locally and never shared with external servers or LLMs. You can export your raw data via CSV or SQLite at any time for free, or set up optional automatic backups to your own private cloud storage. Data Analysis: The app looks for correlations across your history to help you find connections. Our Approach to Pricing: Basic logging, data entry, and data exporting on Zolia will always stay free. In the future, some analytics features will become part of a premium tier, but you will never be locked out of tracking or accessing your own daily data. Note: Zolia is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your doctor regarding your health.

Loglet turns how you feel into a report your doctor can act on. Log symptoms, blood pressure and medicines in seconds. Loglet lines them up so you and your doctor can see the pattern: when symptoms happen, and how they relate to your medicine times. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE - Log a cramp with one tap, even half asleep at 4am - Big text, big buttons, no jargon, no account - A gentle daily check-in: how are you feeling today? MEDICINES, HANDLED PROPERLY - Split doses (morning and evening) and weekday-only schedules - Check off each dose as you take it - Update a dose or add a new medicine any time it changes BLOOD PRESSURE, DONE RIGHT - Guided sitting then standing readings - See the change on standing at a glance - Every reading timestamped automatically SEE THE PATTERNS - Symptoms by time of day - Symptoms in the hours after your morning dose - Blood pressure drops on standing, flagged clearly THE DOCTOR REPORT One tap creates a clean PDF: your medicines and schedule, symptom counts and severity, timing patterns, blood pressure trends and adherence. Print it, email it, or hand over your phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your phone. No account, no cloud, no ads, no tracking. Sharing a report is always your choice. Loglet is an informational logging tool, not a medical device. It never diagnoses and never gives dosing advice. Always consult your doctor about your health and medicines.
